What would you call a company that keeps your tv set for 3 full months without contacting you, despite you sending repeated texts, emails, and visits to the shop when its opened? Answer Extremley risky, in short C&G, I admit after 3 months I threatened them, but as a disabled person, unable to carry out, but I was in the wrong, but after 4 months they still have my set lying in a heap on the floor, and want to charge me an uplift and delivery charge ! but they wont deliver the set despite me saying I would be out. Any company who will not answer any means of contact is suspicious, so beware, this company is the best I have encountered. Avoid, Avoid, at all costs, and if Gary disagrees with anything I have said, lets take this into a bigger areana After more threats from Garry, who said that if I did not remove this review I will never get my tv back they delivered my set two days before xmas , but they had lost the wall mounting bracket, so I paid £150 for this abuse ! but when they left, I noticed 3 large gouges, and immmediatley phone and left a message, they never got back to me. They replied to my email saying thet were busy, but would replace the filter, but Feb now and nothing. This lot have been a nightmare of the highest order, if you want abuse, cheek, high prices, bad workmanship, ,months of waiting, ignored, then this is the right company.
