Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Most unprofessional business I've run across in years! In July 2024, I…read moretook my father's Subaru down to Diamond from Sautee, GA (45 miles away) and got a wash and detail. I emptied the contents of the car so that the cleaners could clean everything. Before getting out of the car, I pointed out two stains (one on the ceiling above the driver side door and one on the ceiling in the rear seat) and asked they be cleaned. When I got the car back to go home, I didn't notice until I got home that the stains were not touched and the glove box was DIRTY...crumbs etc. They are so busy they miss details. I drove my dad's other car down to wash and detail it and was told they closed for the day. No notice on their FB page of the closing. Oh well. I drove back up to Sautee and waited for another time. Today was the next time I could go down (a few months later...now Feb 2025). I called Diamond to make sure they were open and when they were open. I was told at 9:30 that they were opening about 10:30 or 11 due to the cold weather. I drove down and got there a little after 10:30. I was told they weren't opening the wash/detail until noon. I explained to the woman at the counter that I called after 9 and was told 10:30 or 11. She replied the weather was to blame. I said it was sunny outside and the person told me 10:30 or 11 am. The young woman said the workers weren't coming in till later. Oh....so the workers come in when they want and I guess leave when they feel like it. The young woman got snotty and said "Honey, come back later." I'm not her honey and her rudeness is a fine example of why young people need training to work with the public. I will never return to Diamond again.

Three months of repairs just to get my car back still overheating\…read more I originally brought the car to him because it was overheating\. I was told the problem had been diagnosed, that he could repair it, and that when the work was completed the overheating issue would be fixed\. He was friendly and seemed like he was trying to help me out, but what was supposed to be a repair turned into roughly three months of waiting\. There was constantly something causing another delay\. I would be told he had other things that were more important, things were getting in the way, he was getting behind, or that he would get to it soon\. Weeks just kept passing\. Then it seemed like every other week I was being told there was another problem with the car that needed to be addressed\. I tried to be understanding because I know unexpected problems can come up when working on a vehicle, especially once you start getting into the repair\. But after being patient through three months of delays and being told about one new problem after another, I ultimately got the car back still overheating--the exact reason I brought it there in the first place\. I don't have anything personal against him, and he was nice throughout the process, but after being without my car for three months, I expected the repair I originally brought it in for to actually be completed\. Unfortunately, I now have to take the car somewhere else and start figuring out the overheating issue again\. Based on my experience, I can't recommend his work\.
