Then she hung up again while I was trying to explain the issue. No one bothered to call and tell us that no one was showing up. We have to make preparations in order for contractors to do their work and make sure we are here. People need to take time off work and move their schedules. Ultimately, our time was not respected. The employees are typically great under most circumstances. However, Kimberly just totally surprised us with her behavior.
