THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFF!! If you do a contract with them make sure you take to an attorney to review it !!! They sucked over $5000 out of us , system didn't work half the time, when I finally was at the end of the contract they told me I then had to pay a $50 disconnect fee???? Locally owned. Low trip fee rates compared to the out of town companies. They don't have any hidden fees. They are up front and honest. Great personalities. Good Christian people that are here to better our community. I highly suggest C & C Security. I have friends that have put 5 stars on this and yelp took it off. Seems that people that wanted out of paying a bill are the only one's that have bad reviews. I also see a bad review from someone who told me that C&C is great and he recommended them. My husband is medically retiring from the USAF and we called CNC to move it to our new house(like we were told they would when we signed up) and they said no it would cost them too much money. We then said well can we bring the system back to you and break our contract and they said no we would have to pay the remaining balance which is somehow 900 dollars after over 3 years of paying for it. I then went to their website and it states at the bottom, "Retired military so I understand their special needs as a military clause when you get unexpected orders.. We release you from the contract.". That line is verbatim from their website. When I brought it up they said oh no that only counts for PCS orders. I was like my husband is disabled and we have to move home. She just said it doesn't count. WORST company I have ever dealt with. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible experience with this company! They came out to activate an existing system in our home and the alarm didn't even work after they left. They came back fixed the problem - a missing sensor and it still didn't work. They came back again and replaced batteries in the sensors but not before telling me it's not their job and they don't warranty pre existing systems. The owner is the rudest lady I've ever spoken to and literally had me crying on the phone while my husband was deployed because I had no idea how to set our alarm and she yelled at me that it's not their job to show me how to use a pre existing system then they actually charged us to send someone over to show my husband how to change the batteries which had never been properly installed months before when they came back the first time! We finally had it working and noticed several months later the power was off to the system so called them and they said "we don't call people when we receive a power outage report"! This company is by far the worst customer service experience we had while in Clovis! Save yourself the time and headaches and go to a reputable security company like vivant or buy your own online! read more
