For the previous 3 weeks they picked up on Wednesday around 5PM. The week before that they came on Thursday afternoon. The previous 4 weeks (possibly longer) they came around 11AM This week they ran at 7:46AM. I have used their service for over ten years and until the past four months I have been pleased. then one week they the y didn't come. Next they went from $39 to $76 a quarter. Next they took the trash can, I called they said I was broken and were replacing it. I did not have a can for two weeks. Then last week they didn't pick up again. I can't get them on the phone and they don't return calls. I'm moving my business and going to ask for a refund. I'm prepared to take them to small claims court. That will cost them way more than the refund just to show up. read more

I have been with C&C for 20 years. Covid-19's has made it hard for every business. Fuel cost is out of the small businesses control. I'm a very satisfied customer. Wha hasn't increased in price In the past 1.5 year. The blame is on the government not the small business owner. I called yesterday and was greeted with a smile. Today is wed Nov 27th day before thanksgiving, our normal pick up is Tuesday nite about 5am wed morning, no one in my subdivision was picked up and everyone's was filled to capacity some had bags beside their can, over the past month I have been missed 2 other times, I was told a man quit mid shift another a new driver, I called at 11.10am to report left message no one called back then called at 3.45 knowing they closed at 4am, this time stating they were closed for holidays, but they sure get your pmt and cash immediately, poor poor service and customer service, i bet they got theirs picked yp read more

Trash is never picked up when it's supposed to be. Trash can is slung to the curb. They claimed mine wasn't picked up on week because the can wasn't left out, and that is untrue! I wish they had some competition in the area. Very frustrating! read more
