Stacy the coordinator got back to me with unbelievable speed. She answered every question promptly and had great suggestions. The day of the event the catering trucks showed up early. Steve and his crew set up with unbelievable speed. Everything looked so beautiful. Everything looked so professionally done with amazing little touches like flower garnishes, and fancy gold chafing dishes. Hot foods were served hot, cold foods were served cold. They even had a proper carving station with heat lamps. It all looked so amazing and tasted even better. All staff was in uniform, and they were very cheerful and polite. They went above and beyond the entire day to help me and my entire family to make sure everything worked out beautifully. People were raving about how delicious the food was even days later. We had neighbors telling us. The smell from the food truck were making them crazy! I especially have to give a special call out to the flank steak with the chimichurri sauce. At the end of the event, they packed up quickly and quietly, and I hardly even knew they were here. They wrapped up all the leftovers beautifully and left everything neat as a pin. I can't say enough good things about these people. Please don't hesitate to use them for your next party or event. I know who I will be using in the future if I have the need for a caterer.
