After perusing several different types of meat, we noticed that not all of the meat is still in its prime condition. Out of 5 packages of ground beef, 4 of them were mostly or completely brown in color. Out of the 4 packages of T-Bone steak, 2 had a noticeable greenish color. The rest of the meat looked really good, but the lack of any kind of quality control by the owner in selling only fresh meat that presumably won't make you sick was enough to make us not want to buy anything. We decided on going to Ingles Market instead where we found an amazing pork roast that we used the smoker to cook into a most delicious dinner.
