The project is in progress, and to date, they have done an exceptional job. Anthony is the lead project manager, and he stays in touch regularly to advise of the status of things. As for the commenter who complained about the number of vehicles blocking the street, what's important is that the crew shows up each day and gets the job done! They are all very diligent and courteous workers. I am thankful to have found Sideco to do this project for us. As a side note, we were given one extra double-pane window (no charge) for our sunroom, as there was a surplus in their warehouse. Now how exceptional is that? Who else would offer something like that? No other contractor I've ever worked with. I highly recommend their services.

Zach's response is PARTIALLY true... his original Quote was…read moremuch higher than anyone else so I chose to go with a different "company". They did poor quality work and refused to fix anything after receiving my money (the other company). So I reached out to Window depot in hopes that they could fix the gutter. That part of what Zach said, is true. The part that he conveniently omitted form his half true Yelp reply was: He did agree to fix the gutter and told me it would be $200. He also told me that I didn't have $200 worth of work but that he doesn't stock 5" gutter hangers so he had to buy a pack of 100 hangers to complete the repair and then pay his guys to bring the scaffolding to the site, set it up, etc. so he was charging me $200. I agreed to have them complete the repair for $200 because as anyone in rural 72088 knows... there are hardly any contractors and most (not all) of the ones that are there don't have the work ethic to complete a job properly in exchange for their payment. Zach then went radio silent and stopped responding which is when his office told me he became very ill after our arrangement to get the job done. (I even put the leaf guards out for him and texted him the picture). The lady at the office then tried to change the price to $300 even though Zach "the owner" via Yelp told me $200. Either way, $200 or $300, they never followed through or even called me back to discuss what was going on. This was back in June. It's now almost October and my house is less than 2 miles from the Window Depot store. Thanks Zach for telling the partial truth but I see a pattern forming here of 1/2 truths and not being trustworthy. Best of luck.
