Great business! I 100 percent recommend Dependable Roofing! My house is a two story with a flat…read moreroof, and I started experiencing several leaks which caused a ton of damage to several rooms and walls throughout the house. I did my research on Angie's List and Home Advisor, and picked a few of the top rated businesses to get estimates from. After having nightmare experiences with other places because all they were interested in was trying to find out how much insurance money I got instead of giving me an honest estimate, it was a breath of fresh air when Fred Ortega showed up to my house. He was completely the opposite, and told me, "I don't need to see or know what the insurance company gave you, I'll give you my estimate and if you like what you see, and choose to hire me, then we'll talk about the costs." Fred was probably the nicest, most professional, and most honest businessman I've ever dealt with, and the work he and his company did was absolutely top notch. Since then, it has rained several times, and I am happy to say that there are no leaks whatsoever. My new roof and interior repairs are perfect, and better yet, all of the work is fully guaranteed, which isn't the case with some places. If and when I ever need any additional work in the future, I'm only going to make one call to Fred at Dependable Roofing. Thank you for everything!

All I know is that the builder provides a high quality home. I heard PVH used to provide custom-build home but they no longer doing that anymore. I haven't had a chance to visit any PVH model home until Sept. 2020. It was located in west El Paso Cimmaron Canyon area. First impression, absolutely love it! In late Oct. 2020, I signed the contract with PVH for Acacia CIM (4 bed and 2 bath) ! I feel truly blessed that I got to live in Cimmaron Canyon area. I've been waiting for about 8-9 months for it to be ready. During that period, PVH and real estate agent did a great job keep me informed on construction progress at different phases. I receive quick response whenever I have questions regarding building phase. I've been living in my house for 3+ months. Absolutely love my house! 1) Everything that I selected during color selection process had been provided. There's no surprise during private inspection, home owner orientation, and final walk through. 2) I love the way PVH provided a home orientation video before final walk through. It let us know what to expect during final walk through which make the entire process smooth and efficient! 3) All of the cabinet comes with excellent quality! (I choose brown) 4) PVH did a great job on painting! 5) Absolutely love the upgraded kitchen counter top and upgraded range hood! 6) Love the bathroom materials provided. High end quality! 7) It's an energy saving home which save me lots of money on electricity! 8) Love the basket that PVH provided during closing date. You can tell from small things that PVH is a detail oriented company. I highly recommand PVH home to everybody looking for a house in El Paso area!
