I chose the HDH BCG due to the reassurance it would work as needed for build. I have completely fixed and tuned all the issues. The BCG I was sold and highly recommended to buy, won't even chamber or clear a round. It's also causing an excessive amount of brass shavings. From 20 rounds of ammo, there was so much brass from the BCG & friction. Money down the drain when I would have went with one of the name brand BCG's. Very disappointed. Was looking for a new shop in town. This review is just based on their suggestion, product recieved, after all fixes were made. It was diagnosed to be the HDH BCG. I recommend staying away from their own BCG they make, and go with name brand. Now I'm stuck with another faulty BCG. This one was brand new as well. Other than the selling of a horrible store branded BCG. The staff is helpful. I'm just writing a 2 star review based on how much time and things we went through to diagnose from a gun smith who charges at HDH, only for that to be the only failure. I would really make sure you research any HDH products, parts they use, anything HGH branded. Be weary. I'm in the $hole with a bad BCG & a lot less money for a proper replacement. My husband is handicapped so he cant carry these items. The 1st few times were great. Order on line, messaged when ready, go there, immediate service helpful into trunk, the whole customer service package. The last few times they started to not have the product or maybe 1. This was starting to be norm. Now they never have litter. Says it's a hot item and it can be ordered but its not there ober and over. The customer service people have been clueless, they weren't coming out after 15 mins of arriving, cant find orders, the list goes on. Totally incompetent now. I out in an order last week. I get notices one way, in person they have totally different. They never know anything. Then I saw something the litter was coming today last week but never heard back and they had no record of it, never said when it was coming, if ever. Then I looked at my bank account and there is a charge coming out for the cost ofn4 litter bags that I never got or heard of or were told are ready. I was furious. So yet another trip there to find out what's going on. They cancel the order. So hopefully the money gets put back in fast or there will be a big problem. And im still out litter for over a week because they have no communication, never know anything and cant be trusted. Im done. I went to cal ranch. I paid a few dollars more but at least they had what I needed when I needed it. Also found their water softener salt to be way cheaper. To bad because when tractor supply was good they were great. When They are bad they are horrible.
