After having a great meal last night local suggested we try Die Weiss and he was bang on. Great…read morefood, and plenty of it. The schnitzel was almost perfect, the chicken was well cooked, and we had a great salad as well. The bottle of local wine was also excellent. Our server was fast and efficient if a little thin on interaction. He was also very busy, so that's likely a part of it.
The interior is nice, although we only saw a bit of it. The beer is brewed onsite, I'd love to see that, but alas, no.
Five stars is what it deserved as everything was really really good!
