I'll preface with saying that I come to Bäckerei Bonjour 1-2x a week.
Why I visit so often: The location. The bakery isn't in my neighborhood but near a friend's place. Their hours. They open on Saturdays AND Sundays. The seating. There's at least at least seating for 16 inside as well as two small tables outside, so you can sit in. The prices. If I were to go to Silo, for example, I'd pay 3 Euros for a latte and 1.80 Euros for a croissant. Here I pay 2 Euros for a milchkaffee and 0.80 Euros for a croissant.
The baked goods are fine, better than Thoben's or other chain bakeries but not crave worthy. They offer opened faced sandwiches and hot foods (omelettes) as well. Lots of local handy workers pop in. read more
