We had our new home fumigated and spent over $2,000+ for the service. A few days later, we noticed…read moreants, which we understand can be normal, but we called the company to ask if they could come out and treat it. Instead, they wanted to charge us $75 to spray--even after just completing the fumigation. Brandi mentioned she would check with the owner about waiving the fee, but we NEVER received a call back. My husband could easily spray for ants himself, but it's about the principle. After spending that much money, we expected better follow-through and basic customer service.

If you have arachnophobia like me, Leo's Pest Control is your superhero in disguise! I called them…read morein a panic after a spider decided to throw a rave in my living room. Leo showed up faster than I could scream "spider!" With a smile and a can-do attitude, he made quick work of my eight-legged intruder. Not only did he save my sanity, but he also took the time to explain everything--turns out, not all spiders are out to get me (who knew?). Now I can confidently enter my living room without performing a dance of terror. If you need pest control and a good laugh, Leo's your guy! Five stars for turning my arachnophobic nightmare into a comedy routine!

I highly recommend Leo for any pest control needs…read more First, Leo is very responsive. I've hired him two times so far (one a year ago and this year) and he is always answers his phone which is great. I feel nowadays I am used so leaving voicemails and getting a response days after- that's not Leo. He is usually able to schedule me within a day or two which is extremely convenient, especially when you are going through a pest infestation like I was. Also Leo has been punctual at all our appointments. Leo has sprayed for ants and fleas on the outside of my home and I can say the results have lasted. His prices are reasonable so i will continue to hire Leo for any future pest control needs.

Recommended by our Realtor. Usually, I am "all-for" organic, low toxicity means of pest control. Until it comes to termites. Upon move-in 1/2020, I opened up an interior cupboard to find a large nest of live beetle-like shiny insects making a mad dash to exit thru a LARGE, easy to see opening to the exterior. **RPG had totally missed this**. Called to inspect/remediate. Was given Big Lecture on the advisability of Integrated Pest Management. RPG first came as per appointment to inspect, then failed to show for WARRANTIED FUP. We ended up "treating locally" ourselves ~2/2020. No more scurrying beetle-like insects from that particular cupboard. But earwigs and other insects keep falling from cracks in the ceiling. Crawling out from heater vents and other supposedly "closed" spaces. Yesterday, 5/2020, I climbed a ladder to do some exterior cleaning in the filthy eaves above my front door. The wood is rotted in several places, so much so that a pencil can easily push through. Obviously, termite or other wood-destroying pests have been at work and **obviously for some time**. First, I am calling a REAL Pest Control Company (the two which we've used for ~30 years in Goleta were both outstanding). I will beg them to come to Santa Ynez. If their findings are as I suspect they will be, my next call is to our attorney.
