Having two small children "spend their day off at dentist" we were honestly dreading the wait; however, this dentist office was ready for us! They have a great immediate wait room but the icing on cake is the wait room for families in the back. It's close to where dental work is being performed. We could hear the RDA tending patiently to our stubborn 5yr old while entertaining our 8yr old. Its not just a great waiting room. The dental service was thorough and kids felt comfortable. We will definitely be back!! If you're looking for a go to family place --this is it!

Second visit here for something! I had a few cavities that needed attention, so of course I came…read moreback here. Unfortunately I was informed that they can no longer (for the time being at least) do i.v. deep sedation for cleanings/fillings. This scared me a lot at first. Like, I wanted to leave as soon as I heard it. The dentist and I talked about alternatives to i.v. sedation and landed on oral sedation. I have had it before and didnt have a great result.. but, that was for a root canal, this time it was just fillings. So I figured I could manage. We got everything set up with ease and everyone was great throughout the process. Morning of the appointment I took my sedation pill and didnt really feel "sedated" but I also didnt feel like I was about to cry. Haha i put on my noise canceling headphones and the dentist and tech went to town, checking on me from time to time. Everything went great!! I'm so proud of myself for this small victory in the step of maintaining my teeth. Some people need way more help than others and everyone here is unbelievable. They really only want what's best for you, your teeth and your nerves! Love everyone here!

I was told they had multiple appt times available. We chose 2pm. I set everything up with the woman on the phone and she told us to arrive at 1:45 to do paperwork. Sounded great. About 30 mins later, I got a call from a different number, another lady from their office saying she needed to verify some info about the appt. She asked about what my husband needed and confirmed that he was cash pay. She then said his appt was at 1:30 and we needed to arrive at 1:15. I hung up and called back to confirm if the appt time was at 1:30 or 2. The same woman (Tracy) said the appt was for 2 but we could come at 1:45. So we arrived around 1:30 anyway. My husband filled out the papers and waited. Multiple people were taken back before him. A little after 2 he asked the women at the desk how long it would be. They told him that they were just running behind and that it would be a little longer. So he waited. Around 2:30, he asked again and was told that his appt was actually for 4pm so he would have to wait. He got irritated and stated how we were told his appt was for 2. Another lady jumped in and said that she heard them this morning book the appt for 2 so she didn't understand why they were saying 4. Anyway, he complained so a few mins later they brought him back and did xrays only to tell him they couldn't do his cleaning that he asked for because they were trying to make him get a bunch of other more expensive services when all he wanted was a basic cleaning. So I guess the $129 service that we were quoted for over the phone wasn't enough and they wanted more. Well, they got nothing and lost a patient. Super unprofessional and unorganized!
