It was 6 hours long because the lady kept having computer issues. I knew it would be a long appointment but was told 3 hours max. They told me they had to do a drug screen ... which is fine with me as I have nothing to hide. And a pregnancy test . I informed them I had a hysterectomy but they could go ahead. So I gave my urine sample and was told it came back as positive for methamphetamines AND pregnancy. I again reiterated that I had a hysterectomy and I was not pregnant and there was no way possible. I also stressed I didn't take any meds that would even create a false positive for meth. I said I would retake the test. And she said I could return in two weeks or sign a waiver . I was like well I drove a few hours here so let me sign the waiver! When the doctor finally came to talk with me... he spoke over me and didn't even listen to me. The place was odd. And it reminded me of a cult like laboratory in my soap opera. Never again!

I have to admit that it has been a rough journey finding the right medication to treat my migraines. I currently see the Nurse Practitioner Cheryl Muck. She has been so helpful with trying to find a plan for my migraines. She also was the one who found out that I had hashimotos disease. It seems that my insurance company had to give prior authorization for many of the newer medications but the office has been great about submitting the paperwork and getting the authorization. I am currently taking a new medication and my migraines have decreased significantly. I finally feel as though I can live a better quality life. I would like to thank Dr. Saper, NP Cheryl Muck and the rest of the staff. It may take a little while to find the right plan for your migraines but they really do care.

She re herniated it 2 days from coughing since she got pneumonia . Her neurologist wanted a second opinion on what to do next . We called Doctor Geigers office and was told she had to wait SIX MONTHS to be seen by the almighty doctor since he thinks it is unethical!! We thought knowing we had a great referral from another doctor I would call again and explain the situation. Keep in mind my Daughter is 24 And has been through a lot this last year! 5 foot surgery's ,tonsillectomy ,back surgery that ended up with her in the Er from pneumonia and almost died before they had to put her on a ventilator!! Then a two week stay and weeks of physical therapy! Sooo rough year!! And she rehernated it from coughing so hard . I talked to Deb the Doctors personal secretary. Explained what was going on at first she seemed frustrated because she gave my daughter the reason which I have never heard of! But she listened and seemed to understand more and asked for us to send paperwork which we did. The next day she called and chewed my daughter out for having me call on her behalf! She stated she shouldn't have been bothered by me calling her because she is TWENTY FOUR years old! And I had no business calling her. She then asked to put both of us on the phone so she only had to explain this once so we didn't call her back!!! Well DEB if you were my secretary you would be fired!! You upset my daughter and pissed me off! No You will not disrespect my daughter and myself!! Think before you talk ! You are rude, disrespectful and a cold hearted person!

He wouldn't answer my questions with anything substantial and refused to help me get my test results. He told me to request it from my portal and when I logged into the portal there were no results to print or even reference what he did. I am so disappointed in the care of this facility. I will say the front desk people were very nice and even the nurse that did most of my testing was good and efficient. AFTER the visit was also terrible. They told me I would be dilated for 24 hours and I ended up being dilated for 72 hours and it messed up my work and whole week because I was preparing for an event that week that I couldn't work on because I couldn't see anything up close. I also couldn't drive well and almost had to call work off because the light was so painful. UPDATE: The doctor wouldn't write down my results and told me to get them at the desk which he clearly knew nothing about the process because they wouldn't give them to me at the desk. Then they tell me I can get the results for free online. I submitted a request for my documents on my portal and they said it would be free. Turns out a week after I requested them they're trying to charge me $42 on top of the $95 I already paid. Kellogg and U of M is just a money hungry store where they won't help you. I'm never coming back here.

That being said, I have a very hard time finding doctors who understand and know how to treat and care for sinus and allergy problems. I was experiencing extreme sinus inflammation on one side of my face, causing my sinus cavities to be sore, dry and extremely painful. The pain was so terrible no over the counter medicine could help solve my issue- this is when I called IHA. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours, and was called back to be examined in less than 5 minutes of signing in. The entire visit took about 35 minutes- IMPECCABLE during this time of year! Dr. Joel was extremely friendly helpful when it came to treating my sinus inflammation. She game me several options for treatment, including steroids, , antihistamines and antibiotics as a last resort. Usually when you have a sinus infection doctors send you out with antibiotics and call it a day but I was so happy to find a doctor knowledgeable enough to know the affects of antibiotics on the body. Very impressed and my sinus problems are GONE!

Recently, I had terrible pain in my feet and made myself an appointment with a podiatrist who properly treated me. They requested that I get a global referral from my primary care provider. I called my primary care physician and requested one but they adamantly refused to give me one because I hadn't been seen for foot pain in her office. I find that completely ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I will not be returning. There are better providers out there
