It was a wedding gift surprised that my sister had no idea about and they help me keep it a surprised the whole time. My sister's venue El Cortez in downtown San Diego required insurance paperwork and proof that the business was there. And they had every paperwork I needed which is very hard to find in a lot of photobooths nowadays. The night was amazing we got the inflatable with LED lights and they had every prop we can think of. I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay the extra money for the book and to be honest with you I'm so happy I did. When's the night was over and we went back to the hotel we went through the whole bunch and were able to see all her family and their funny poses and that's a memory that we're going to be able to take with them. And on top of that they gave you for copies one for the book and 3 to take with you so if you have a large group that's totally the best thing ever you won't have to fight over who gets to keep one copy. Thank you guys so much we will definitely be getting you for every event we can ever think of!!!! Communication was always on time, and she was always supplying us with the information we needed. What I liked most about this company was that Sylvia gave me a quote along with different ideas and packages to choose from. Instead of me having to tell a company exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, I really liked having different options and packages to choose from. It made the whole process so much easier. We hired Sylvia for our daughter's 18th birthday party for about 25 people, and everything was perfect. They came early in the morning on the day of the event and set everything up, then came back about an hour before the party started with the food. Everything was right on time and looked amazing. The food was delicious as well, and we had plenty of leftovers. Not one complaint about the food, and these were 18-year-old girls, so that says a lot! We also had a photo booth and the telephone where the girls could leave private messages for the birthday girl. That was such a fun and special touch and ended up being one of my favorite things.
