From the very beginning, their communication was flawless--extremely fast and responsive. Tommy worked closely with us to design a custom photo booth template that perfectly matched our event theme, making the whole process feel seamless and professional. On the day of the tournament, they even sent a text 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival, which gave us such peace of mind during a busy setup. The setup itself was impressive--their photo booth was modern and sleek, their props were extremely organized, featuring a dedicated sign organizer that kept everything tidy throughout the day.
