Everyone go home, work is cancelled for a minute!!…read more From the depths of the couch and those drunken dayz of wearing my sweats. The haze of smoking some green; an idea. Time to clear out the smoke and bottles, am I really gonna sit here? Take this furlough. Perhaps maybe... A check that will never come, make more debt for my children's children, no. Keep following me: why not do what makes me happy? COVID brought so many wonderful memories of drunken and smoking haziness. One can only take so many of these days, besides my drinking tolerances are already at an all time high. After the fog cleared what I have learned from all the years struggling trying to make ends meet. Why not reinvent myself. What am I really good at? This is an inspirational story that I am passing on. Dreams come tru. You must follow your heart and dreams always. One might add, I don't know what my dreams are? You might already be doing what the heart longs for, right? If you are congrats. Let's help others support their dreams while we discover what makes us happy as a collective together. Don't ever judge a book by its cover? Yes we have all heard that first impressions are always right. This is totally wrong. The year 2020 continues to impress us, so now as our cities reopen its time to go back to a normal life that's six feet apart. This is not so easy. The world is forever changed, it's time for all of us to change with it. We can tune in the rest of the world that the only change that matters is the "change" that we inspire and create. Can a dream be achieved? That's a loaded question, is it not. Hailing all the way from Compton, California; his reluctance brought him from those ocean filled days to the desert. The man that owns this business has over a decade of experience. We all know about the flash and glam of Cali. Nobody does it bigger and better than Hollywood, not until now. In Vegas it's go big, or just forget it. After being here for under a year his dream got a great shove forward when he realized his dream was never unattainable. By staying focused, all his saving came to fruition with a whim. Why not take my savings and invest it in what I'm truly good at? That's how this business was created. I waved at this man one day with his pup, he noticed that my car could be cleaner. After informing him, "I had no time to wash my own car." He swooped in with suds and bubbles to at least make my ride happy. Many of you all know that I ride too. My motorcycle is prized and we are in the works about a later wax and shine on all that chrome at a future date. No strings attached price; 25 to start with a basic wash, wax, and vacuum package. This man I watched the magic come through his fingers and take all the dirt off and replace it with a shine that I never knew a car could possess. It has been two weeks since this gentleman cleaned my car and it still looks beautiful. In this day and age let's celebrate change and community together. In the big picture of the social instabilities that are arising today this business is black owned. Not only are you supporting local businesses that are struggling to make it; your looking ahead at giving change to others getting ahead. Come and get that ride waxed up for the weekend now. Help our small community. Want to be the change in the world and do not know how. Let me show you give your local community a try; you might just get inspired.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!! We…read morewere in a pinch yesterday and called Lavish to detail our car. They had a pretty decent rate, a little lower than others, which was a plus for us. After they finished, I briefly inspected the car and found the seats to still be wet (not just a little damp but WET). I was told by the owner they would eventually dry so I wasn't too concerned. Ready to leave for work this morning and our "check engine" light is on suddenly and there is water condensation on all of the inside windows (see attached pics). The seats are still WET. The car then BREAKS DOWN due to a mysterious electrical issue 5 minutes later. We own a brand new car, 2020 edition, and was running beautifully before they serviced it. We're now taking it to the dealership to be inspected. Thankfully, some of the electronics on the inside are starting to work... Finding food particles still stuck in our window was the icing on the cake for u The owner refuses to refund us. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $50 and go to a professional. Edit: Updated with unprofessional messages from the owner, this is completely crossing the line. Really hoping Yelp steps in here...

Do not go to this place!!! We had family that took in their truck to get fixed and they initially…read moretold them $800-$1100.... then a couple days after said $2000!.... which was fine and dandy until they took 3 WEEKS to do the repairs ONLY to pay out all their cash and the truck still isn't working and now they say he needed a new engine which he wanted to do in the first place, had they not inaccurately diagnosed and quoted the price, they would have gladly done that in the first place! He was cornered into letting them start the repairs since they told him originally that since the started working on it, he owed them $500 labor already... so since he was already in it, he expected it all to be fixed after he agreed to pay. What we're most upset about is that every single time we called in (almost everyday after the first week passed) the mechanic was "on a service call".... would we have been better to have them come to us?!?! Now they've paid over $2000, only to be in the same boat and flat broke now with no way to get to work because of these CROOKS! Our family member rented a uhaul pickup truck for over two weeks and they kept saying "it's almost done... it's almost done, but the mechanic is on a service call" ... so they cost him another $500 plus on that! If I had known this was the place he took it to, I would have said NO, don't because a few years ago they "replaced" my motor mounts that I paid over $1000 for, only for another mechanic to tell me later down the road that they didn't! UGH!!!

I wrote a review last year saying how great everyone is at The Car Doctor, but I wanted to update…read moremy review because I recently had to get some more service done by them. I was in need of a rush job, I needed my car engine light to turn off so I could smog my car. A few years ago I went to Meinike where I spent hundreds of dollars and the problem never was resolved. So I was a dramatic mess and of course I waited till the last minute to get this fixed. Kevin and Thomas assured me that they can fix the problem and I would be good to go. I did not have an appointment but they still helped me out. Working all day on Saturday and even came in on Sunday to finish the job. Monday morning I got a call that all was good, I needed a little extra stuff done but for now the job was done. Kevin did not charge me an arm and a leg. I think these are the only two mechanics that I could ever trust. They did not call me every hour saying something new was wrong with it and it was going to cost this much and that much. They are the most honest mechanics you could find. I will only bring them my services and I hope you do too. When I picked my car up on Monday morning I gave Kevin a hug, thanking him so much for everything he did. If I went anywhere else I would have been lied to and my money would have gone down the drain. So thankful I found these guys!
