Olive Street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas she was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, ARGUMENTATIVE, LOUD, NEGATIVE and so many more uncourteous negatives. I am an out of towner traveling from Missouri to PB, Arkansas and my friend has a Black Card membership with Planet Fitness, (which the Black Card, allows you to take a guess for free). Alexis refused to allow us to enter the gym that day. My friend tried to explain to her that they had a Black Card. Alexis did not want to hear anything that we were saying, so my friend and I decided to leave. As we were leaving, I asked for her name and she stated, I quote (" I don't have a name"), end quote! Wow! so unprofessional! I travel to PB, Arkansas often, but I will never go back to that Planet Fitness, unless the company has a more professional c/s representative at their front desk!
