I would like to give this Planet Fitness a Zero, if that was possible. There is a representative at…read morethe front desk that is the WORST customer service representative that I have ever encountered. Alexis Parker works at the Planet Fitness at 2901 S. Olive Street in Pine Bluff, Arkansas she was RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, ARGUMENTATIVE, LOUD, NEGATIVE and so many more uncourteous negatives. I am an out of towner traveling from Missouri to PB, Arkansas and my friend has a Black Card membership with Planet Fitness, (which the Black Card, allows you to take a guess for free). Alexis refused to allow us to enter the gym that day. My friend tried to explain to her that they had a Black Card. Alexis did not want to hear anything that we were saying, so my friend and I decided to leave. As we were leaving, I asked for her name and she stated, I quote (" I don't have a name"), end quote! Wow! so unprofessional! I travel to PB, Arkansas often, but I will never go back to that Planet Fitness, unless the company has a more professional c/s representative at their front desk! Planet Fitness it is NEVER ok to allow a Rude, Unprofessional, Disrespectful, person to represent your Company. Missouri
