A gym is like ever other gym at some point. All these large chains carry the same stuff. However,…read morethis gym has the best spin class set-up I have seen. Perhaps, too big though cus like hosting an event if your venue is too large it can make your attendance seem small. This seem the case here. If classes would fill up, the experience would be insane. Big negative; for triathletes, swimmers, & water aerobic enthusiast this place offers no floats, or kick boards. And No large swim clock. The biggest negative for me who swims during a lunch break, no wring-out machine for your wet suit. Stinky car, no please! These three items have become a basic in the large gyms and I was very surprised to see this huge, new establishment missing them. Three stars is fare but this place has potential to be a four star gym

Rude and stipid are not a winning combination. Ghetto trash management and similar members. the equipment is trash, with some broken machines that are dangerous to use. The free weight area is a JOKE with weights left on nearly every piece of equipment and the rest on the floor. Walk in and do yourself a favor - Walk Out. or, if you want the full experience try conversing with the managerial brain trust at the front. Snarling, rude trash.

I have called several times on several different occasions, with the same question:…read more Do your pools have a lift, i.e., are you ADA certified? The people at the front desk do not know. They transfer me to the Aquatics Office, where I get the message, "There's no one here to take your call". Hope they do better when somebody is drowning.

I The club is nice but my experience of having true access to tennis league has not been good. I have tried to get into leagues and always told on a regular basis that they are full but somehow , I have met people who I play tennis with at other people who manage to get into the leagues. I play 3.5 tennis I should not have a problem getting into leagues at my own club. I am told to get on the sub list. I pay for full access to all clubs, when it comes to playing tennis the Racquet club and athletic clubs seem to be full. When it comes to renting courts, and doing live ball, I have no problem with those services because I am paying extra for them. I know that the league has fees too. Unfortunately , I live in Arkansas , I learned that the tennis culture is not the best, very selective from my experience when it comes to tennis and of the limited access of indoor courts in the state does not help . I would strongly recommend that you ask about all access before joining . This people will not change trust me .

My review is a little late in posting, as I quit this gym during Covid. I was looking to sign back…read moreup now because my Husband loves the pool and I like the convenience of the sauna after a workout. However, reading all these previous comments reminded me what I disliked about it before I ended my membership, which was an unbelievable task in itself. It had to be in writing, they still charged me monthly and never reimbursed me, plus a $99 cancellation fee. And, during Covid's initial scares, I would think the business would have had some leniencey and sympathy of their paying customers. I agree, after the friendly signing up for my Husband & I, all of the employees were rude, not friendly and not helpful. I had a Friend who signed up and paid for personal training and he said the trainer just stayed on her phone the entire hour he way paying for and that she was also rude. I so wish it was better because of the location, but I think my money (and sanity and motivation) will work better a little further down the road. Too bad because it has so much potential.

Been using this gym for 7 years or so and am about to leave for another gym…read more Max two stars here. You get a decent weight area with a moderate amount of equipment (three cable areas, four benches and three squat racks). More expensive for less than others in the area. Reasons to avoid: 1) crime (car broken in to once and always see glass on the ground) - they have a "security" guard who rides around the complex sometimes. Doesn't seem to deter much but at least appreciate that. 2)Lifters consistently blast pretty obscene music with no headphones - staff places a barely visible sign that you need your own headphones and make zero effort to say anything. Apparently we all need to be subject to others' terrible music. 3) if your card is declined for any reason you pay a small meaningless fee even if it's on the payment acceptance side It's really clean overall inside - the cleaning staff are really diligent but right outside the door there's often what appears to be either animal or human feces that's never been cleaned up and new areas seem to sprout up every month. I'd watch your step outside the front door. I know several folks who have moved from here to 10 fitness due to rising costs, consistently missing weight bars and no enforcement of the rules - so if you're looking for a gym you may check there first.

I really like this gym. I just moved here from California and I have been in the fitness industry…read morefor a long time, that being said, this gyms equipment it up to par with what I would need in a gym, the premium membership is only 31 bucks a month and you get tanning included. Access to the lower level weight room is a MUST if you plan of using free weights. They also have a great area down there for HIIT. They have some bumper plates and 2 deadlift platforms as well. The squat racks could use some improvement, but they do the job perfect as all squat racks do (that's just me being snotty). There's ample cardio equipment with a theatre room if you just can't stand zoning out on the gym floor. There's a Womens only room, if you're a female and possibly are a little bit nervous about being in the gym, or just don't want to feel the pressure of other people around the gym it's a good option. I haven't been in there but it looked like mostly machines at first glance. Lastly there's a room with 2 smith machines and a jungle gym. Pretty good stuff for some other HIIT options. Looks like the personal trainers have their own room to train people in. That's nice, as a old personal trainer myself, looks like you can really focus on the client that way. All and all I think it deserves 5 stars, it's clean, people are friendly, has everything you need for a fantastic workout. There is only one downside. I don't know if people here have ever Heard of gym etiquette, BUT it looks like they have no idea how to clean up after themselves or re rack their own weights. This is very confusing. There is straight up grown humans just leaving their stuff all over the place, as if they didn't have to pick it up to use it in the first place. Cmon people, clean up after yourselves. Seriously disturbing to watch adults just not give a crap about their gym, their sacred place, the place that makes their body stronger. I can only assume what your home looks like. OKAY- rant is over. This place is fantastic. Thank you guys.

I've been a consistent member here, but I've had ongoing issues with one trainer -- Raf -- who…read moreconsistently acts entitled to multiple machines and shows zero regard for other members. This morning was the final straw. Raf had a client on the leg extension machine for about 15 minutes, then decided to take over the leg curl machine at the same time, setting up his tripod and claiming both pieces of equipment. When I asked politely if he was using it, he told me, "Yeah, you can't use it. You need to respect that I'm training here." That's not training -- that's arrogance and a lack of professionalism. No member should be told to "respect" a trainer's misuse of equipment. This kind of behavior makes the gym feel unwelcoming, especially when trainers are supposed to set the example. I spoke to the assistant manager, who admitted this was not standard practice and said he'd handle it -- but it's not the first time this has happened with this same trainer. If management doesn't step up and enforce basic gym etiquette, this place is going to lose good members.
