GO TO GRACE ‼ After…read morea HORRIBLE salon experience in 2021, I was genuinely terrified to get my hair done again. Years later, I finally decided to take the plunge before going on an Italy trip.....and I'm SO glad I found Grace. I'm now a consistent client. She listened to exactly what I wanted, gave me bangs, fixed the weird "band" around my head, and completely transformed my look. I walked out of her chair feeling like a million bucks. I'M BACKKKK. Grace is incredibly talented, kind, relatable, and such a great listener. She even gives the best scalp massages! As someone who is VERY picky and has some serious hair trauma, I can confidently say: GO TO GRACE. You'll leave her chair feeling confident, beautiful, and ready to turn heads when you walk out on Montana Ave .

She's also the only one I trust to get my curtain bangs just right. She's incredibly detail oriented and dedicated to perfecting her craft, but she also truly listens to what I want. At this point I don't even have to bring inspo pics, Grace just totally gets what I want!

Not only did he give me exactly what I asked for, without me, sacrificing length, but now my hair is beautiful and healthy and and has a beautiful shape. He was so delightful to talk to you during my session as he is a beautiful being a flight spreading his joyfulness everywhere. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced the haircut is compared to some of these crazy star studded hairdressers here that cater to all the people in the film industry. They charge absolutely ridiculous prices. I will definitely be coming to him from this point on. Another bonus is as a parking is pretty easy where he is located and his window looks out right onto Broadway so there's always interesting characters walking by as you get your hair done. As a woman with really nice long hair I feel like it's very hard to find someone who doesn't butcher or chop your hair or give you weird layers and that doesn't keep your hair and it's integrity. Not sure how he does it coloring, but I might give him a chance at that too

She worked with me to make sure length was what I wanted, which I really appreciated. I was really happy with how my hair came out! Gabrealla had great product recommendations, and they keep products they use in stock. I went on a Thursday afternoon and was able to find street parking close to the salon. I wanted a shorter bob in the back and longer in the front. Since this salon is expensive, I trusted that I would be in professional hands. Unfortunately, my experience with Mitra Jam was extremely disappointing and honestly devastating. The first time she cut my hair, it did not look anything like the haircut I asked for. When I explained that I did not like how it looked, she cut even more trying to "fix" it, and it ended up way too short while still not looking like the style I wanted. I also mentioned that I wanted some volume removed from my hair, but instead of blending it properly, she started cutting random chunks throughout my hair. Now, weeks later, I still have pieces sticking out that are barely about an inch long. There is no way to blend them or style them naturally. I literally have to use gel just to keep those pieces down because they stick out everywhere. I truly believe that if someone is not experienced or confident doing a certain type of haircut, they should not perform it. It is honestly unbelievable to pay this much money and leave with your hair completely ruined. Despite everything, she was kind and told me that if I wanted her to fix anything, I could come back. But realistically, she cannot uncut my hair. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely affected me and I would not want someone else to go through the same thing.
