I also loved the variety, everything from antique signage and rustic furniture to Native-themed figurines and vintage Americana. Like most places it is sectioned off by each vendor renting the space. Even with my handy fan in my hand I sweated profusely through as many sections that I could before we had to take off to the Sequoia's. I found some great fun finds to bring home with me. When I called the flower shop and mentioned that some of the flowers were droopy, the lady on the requested I send pictures. After doing so, I called back to confirm that they were received. I was transferred to a second person, perhaps the owner or om, who was rude and told me I would have to drive 20 minutes out of my way to reach a resolution. I made the trek and the florist was very condescending. Maybe we have higher standards in Orange County, where I am from, but when your husband spends $70 + on what turns out to be a skimpy arrangement, you expect for the little amount of flowers on there be pretty. Buy your flowers from the local corner guy instead of Exeter flowers. You'll probably get better quality at a lower price.

There is a big barn, a full victorian house and a cottage on the property that are stocked to the brim with wonderful finds. Punch this address in and head on out (there is no sign from the road) and look for the big huge old estate gates - Jim and his wife are rarely away and the shop is open from noon-to-five every day. We always head to the barn first, after parking under the big trees, and scour through the best of his wrought iron hardware and industrial tables and signs. Afterwards we head to the big victorian house at the front of the property and dig through the painted furniture and hand picked gift and decorative items. Go upstairs to find beautiful beds and quilts - truly a treasure of a property. And Jim and his wife can't be beat - what amazing eyes for quality!
