I also broke my arm and my lashes survived lots of tears plus every ER nurse gave me a compliment LOL I've also seen a review saying that the techs don't speak English which isn't true. Most, if not all, of the employees have Vietnamese as their first language. I personally have never had a problem understanding their accent and if I did I'm sure they would be happy to repeat themselves. Even taking off old lashes is easy and relaxing. When I went to A+ iLash they pick and pull the old lashes off, but at MIA's they apply a gel that doesn't sting or itch. After a few minutes the old lashes come right off. I love that she gives my lashes a little lash bath each time I come in before starting on a new set or even a fill. For my Powder Brow PMU effect she used Biotek pigments from Milano Italy, that are excellent in color while safe for the skin. Using an ink that was for the skin was very important to me.
