When I showed up to the appointment the door was locked and the building seemed empty. I called and texted Christine many times. No responses. I asked for refund because of the red flags and especially a customer complained on BBB of the scar and infection. I bought a groupon deal for this place to get eye lash extensions. Lee answered the phone and…read morepromptly scheduled me for an appointment that was convenient for both our schedules. It was easy peasy. When you drive to this location, their shops look like an apartment structure. Don't be fooled like I was and drive past it. I circled around and easily found it. Lee was super nice when I arrived. Since it takes about an hour plus to get the eyelash extensions, she asked if I needed to visit the ladies room first. I put my bag down and she put a blanket on top of me. She was really nice in putting me at ease about getting eyelash extensions since it was my first time doing it. It initially felt a little awkward since she puts tape to hold your eyelash and all that in place. She was very gentle and delicate and it never hurt throughout the entire process. She also periodically checked in to see if I was okay, I really appreciated that. I got the mink eyelashes and asked that they look as natural as possible. She did a fantastic job and I loved it. There was a slight sting when she put on the glue but the sensations subsided eventually. I even fell asleep while she was putting on the extensions. One thing that I totally appreciated about Lee's services was that she sanitized her hands before she got started. When she went to answer the phone, after she came back, she sanitized them again. Sometimes people forget and then they go about touching your face. I really thought that was a) very hygienic b) professional of her to do so. After she removed the tape, she gave me a gentle massage on my face and I was off. It felt like I had something in my right eye at first but that nuisance feeling went away. I love my eyelashes and definitely thought it was an excellent deal to have some fun and change my look slightly.

Ok, so....I got my brows micro-bladed in California. It was awesome. Fast forward 2 years later and…read moremy brows are pretty faded (they're bad). And now I'm also in Washington. I tried for a while to find someone who would take me on since I've had previous work done. I reached out to a few artists who said they wouldn't accept me as a new client since it was coverup work. I've also had some tell me I needed laser removal. Then one day I just stumbled on Kiana's IG page. I scrolled through her pics and was just amazed at her clients pics! I'm a little picky when it comes to micro-blading. I like the front hairs to be straight up versus curved. I like big, bold brows. So I reached out to Kiana and asked if she did cover up work. I sent her a few pics and thankfully she said she could help! So I made an appointment. Fast forward again to appointment day (today actually), I was super excited! I got there a little early and she was kind enough to seat me in the studio. We went over exactly what I wanted, and I mean exactly. After she finished the brow outline, I asked her to make a very minor adjustment and she did, and it was perfect! She's very informative. She wants what's always best for the customer. You can tell she's very detail driven. I highly, highly recommend Kiana!
