They were done wrong. I went to this salon, because I heard that they fixed botched jobs. Tara rescued my eyelashes and she gave me more beautiful, natural looking eyelashes. I have been continuing to go to her for fills. She takes her time and carefully places one eyelash per eyelash at a time. I have a fill appointment this weekend with Tara. It's hard for me to trust anyone else with my eyelashes.

Then days after I make the appointment, Chelsea messages me and says she can no longer travel to me and she needs me to come into her studio, why even give me the option then for you to travel if you weren't able to travel? To make matters even worse, the day before her appointment, with no message or heads up, Chelsea canceled my appointment. I was forced to message her on Instagram and ask why my appointment was canceled. She explained she has a family issue which I understand, but it is very unprofessional to not reach out to your client and give them other recommendations for makeup, or to even give us a reason why. 0/10 don't waste your time going here she will screw you over. I decided to move forward with booking her for my wedding makeup, and also scheduled her to do makeup on the day of the wedding for three other people. One of those people, my bridesmaid, wanted to do a trial also. Chelsey said that would be something she could do, and told my bridesmaid to reach out to her to get something scheduled. Once my bridesmaid did reach out, Chelsey said that doing a trial for her was "not worth her time", despite the fact that my bridesmaid was willing to pay $80 for a 30 minute trial. I felt that was extremely unprofessional. The day before my wedding, I reached out to Chelsey to confirm that we were still on as I had not heard anything from her in weeks. She responded and said that she was sick, and wouldn't be able to do my makeup the day of my wedding. She said she would try to find someone to cover for her. Hours later, she reached back out and said that she found an assistant that MIGHT be able to cover for her, however if the assistant was able to at all, she would need to start hours before we had originally planned on starting with makeup. I told Chelsey to forget it, and found someone else to do my makeup for my wedding. This other lady provided much better customer service, and I was even happier with the way my makeup looked than I was with my trial with Chelsey. Although Chelsey is okay at doing makeup, her customer service is terrible and I would not recommend her to anyone. I was extremely disappointed.
