It is clear they also care about their product, I ordered a Glenfiddich 18 online, because I was lazy, I didn't want to pick it up and ordered to get it delivered. There was a heat wave on the day it was supposed to be shipped, and they warned me about it the day I placed my order and asked if I am ok to wait because the heatwave can damage the product. I called them to cancel the shipping so I can pick it up my self. They refund me the shipping cost once I arrived to pick it up, as easy as that.

They have all been really knowledgeable on the different types of wine/beer and what is best for whatever occasion. I have also been in store a few times when their has been wine taste testing on. Nothing like getting tipsy for free! It's also great to be able to try the different wines before you buy, especially for a novice like myself. The prices are fantastic, the cheapest by far for all your alcohol needs.

Behind this building operates one of the quirkiest drive through bottle shops you'll ever lay eyes on. Story goes that the building is heritage listed, and can't be knocked down. Inside it used to be a fairly popular little wine store, however whoever runs it now uses the land for truck storage, mulch selling and oddly, a drive through bottle shop. I've been through, and the prices are quite steep. That said, I felt as a local I had to try it at least once.
