It is clear they also care about their product, I ordered a Glenfiddich 18 online, because I was lazy, I didn't want to pick it up and ordered to get it delivered. There was a heat wave on the day it was supposed to be shipped, and they warned me about it the day I placed my order and asked if I am ok to wait because the heatwave can damage the product. I called them to cancel the shipping so I can pick it up my self. They refund me the shipping cost once I arrived to pick it up, as easy as that.
