Given the uniformly perfect scores and highly favorable reviews Loupe Digital received, we decided to try them. The photo is a panoramic one. We explained we wanted only that shape in true colors. James listened carefully and understood exactly our concerns about the panoramic shape and true color quality of the turquoise shades of sea, the sky and the sand. We chose the exact size for the true color prints from image sizes he displayed on his computer. We selected one that was just right. In consultation with James and Michael, we then chose the frameless acrylic frame in which the print would be sealed. We got the framed print back today. What we got far exceeded that: it looks and feels like we are back there. It's a fantastic panoramic true color print in a sealed floating frame. We expected very good. They are highly skilled professional who really care about their craft, and get everything right first time. It was a calm, friendly experience throughout. Whenever we have photos to print, we will absolutely go back to James and Michael at Loupe Digital. .

We got our album layouts (which he hired someone for), but that's only because he got a letter from our lawyer and emails threating legal action from us. Once we sent back the first round of editing, we got nothing. No response, no contact and it seems his office closed up. No email, no phone and no address. Thankfully we still owed him money, so we gave up and took his "hard work" from the layout and I made our own on Picaboo parents album and our own. It was sad to write this because he takes great pictures and was so great with us. He was friendly, nice and seemed to care. I know life gets in the way but when you sign a contract you should live up. In the end it wasn't worth suing and we are just happy we have our photos to look back on. Some people have it worse with wedding photographers, I just wouldn't hire this one.

Was is the key word since the wedding, I am still waiting on albums that were paid for in our package and have been trying to reach out to him to get this done soon and he has not returned one phone call or one email. I just wish he would respond, I understand being busy or something happened but at least answer a phone call or email.
