Their crew broke a gas and water line, and I was told to fix it myself.l, after i constantly told them before they were there before signing contract and before job started.The project manager never showed up except to collect payment, and they won't even attend the final inspection. Extremely poor communication and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company. Never had a final in person walk through with project manager or company manager, for such a size project for homeowners. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not recommend Premier Pools & Spas. You also never mentioned to me, prior to excavation or even before I accepted the project proposal, that I needed to hire a plumber to handle or standby for possible gas or water line issues. What was communicated to me was that your team was aware there could be unknown lines and that caution would be used during excavation. At this point, I do not intend to continue arguing this matter publicly. You will instead receive my formal feedback, concerns, and documentation directly through your office.

Tony responded right away and was able to schedule a diagnostic appointment quickly. I was worried the repair was going to be expensive, but Tony worked his magic and got it heating again without needing any new or costly parts. The diagnostic and repair fee was very reasonable. I then scheduled a full deep clean to get it ready to use. Once again he showed up on time and finished the job spectacularly and quickly.
