It's rather embarrassing to be back writing another review for Arusyak & Bay Area Law Group 4 years…read morelater. But after my first divorce, Arusyak advised me to get a prenuptial agreement if I ever got married again. 4yrs later the prenuptial agreement was enforced and my divorce was handled with zero dollars exchanged and a simple dissolution. Even though I had the agreement in place it was still a scary process but Arusyak assured me & let me know upfront the worst and best case scenario so I knew what to expect. And in my case, it turned out to be the best-case scenario due to the prenuptial agreement. More of the story is to hire Arusyak and her team at Bay Area Law Group for all your family law issues. I highly recommend her & team. Thanks again Arusyak for your knowledge, wisdom, and experience. Let's all hope I am not back here again in a few years with another update. My husband and I worked with Emily recently to complete the estate planning process. We had started…read morethe process a few years back but in a more informal manner, choosing to find legal templates online on our own and jotting down what we thought was important but working with a real knowledgeable person that can guide you through the process was a real game changer. Emily was able to advise us on what we should be thinking about when listing down certain designations and how to include certain asset information. It was super helpful to be able to talk out the nuances of certain situations with her to help us come to a decision on what we wanted to include in our estate documents and how. Emily will first provide a free 30 min consultation so you can get to know her and understand her process. Then, she'll send over a worksheet to help you prepare for a deeper dive call you have (1-1.5 hours) to do the estate planning itself. At this point, you still are not obligated to move forward with any services or issue any payment until you have the final signing appointment with both Emily and her designated notary. During this final appointment, Emily will review the finalized documents with you and if there are any last minute changes or corrections to be made, you have the opportunity to do so during this call. After the signatures are complete and payment is made, you get a giant binder mailed to you the following week with your official documents with the law office also retaining a copy for their records. They also provide a checklist of things to take care of on your end to ensure that all assets are properly listed under your created trust as well as ensuring other logistics are taken care of to minimize the administrative overhead for loved ones in the event of your demise. I have never gone through this process with anyone else so I don't have much to benchmark against but overall, I was happy with my experience working with Emily.

I would give Emily 12 stars if I could…read more... I am a mobile notary and I help many many estate attorneys with their clients' estate plan signings. From my odd perspective, Emily is hands-down the best, most comprehensive attorney in all the land. The plans she creates for you have you completely covered, from the trust, the power of attorney and the advance health care directive and onto the HIPAA Authorization form, the pour-over will, the Trust Cert, a grant deed to move your property into the trust0, the county form that tells them this is not a taxable event and more. Because i see these packs from other professionals, I can tell you that not all attorneys include these critical documents. And you will never know what you don't have because most signers haven't ever seen this paperwork before. Unlike other attorneys, her forms are unique to you and your wishes; she does not do a simplistic download from some internet site. In addition, Emily has a lovely, compassionate way about her, and she grasps/asks/investigates/advises/pulls out of you what you want to happen if something unexpected happens no matter how complicated your family and financial dynamics. Did i mention she is mobile???? No taking off time from work to sit in an attorney's office. Emily meets her clients at their home, be it in the evening or on a weekend. So when it was MY turn to get my own trust done, Emily was the only one I trusted my future to. It is such a profound relief to have my own trust in place and that the paperwork she created will support my wishes as I age.

In the end we won the trial, my family was heard and my passed uncle can now lay in rest and I myself can breathe again Ms ebby no matter how long I texts, words can not express, I thank you for everything
