Some years back, we needed to set up a family trust at short notice and selected Amanda Ebey to work with. She was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, courteous and caring and did a great job. My fiance found Ms ebby online after weeks of me and my family trying to find an attorney that would be helpful with all of our needs for an attorney and one that was not blood sucking thirsty, we contacted so many attorneys and got no where....some did this but not that some knew about some things but weren't experienced in other parts that we needed to be helpful with my case After our initial meeting I felt connected and comfortable with Ms ebby I knew I was in good hands As with all things the unknown will always effect us but when Ms ebby stepped in on short notice it was like she picked the puzzle pieces and put the puzzle together in record time, I really didn't know if she understood or was blowing smoke up my you know what to make me just want to have her, it was so comforting to hear what she was saying but when in the court system everything gives you anxiety Ms ebby dug in deep and fast and has her own methods that at the time I didn't understand me being the one fighting in court felt everything mattered, Ms ebby being a strong powerful woman was always to the point and direct....I don't want to bore anyone with this review but I feel what I personally have experienced with Ms ebby needs to be heard and felt. Ms ebby took me to trial and after receiving all documents was really able to SEE the picture of my case in less then two months Ms ebby was a blessing for me my family and for me personally my passed uncle, for his words to be heard as he wanted and for a human being like Amanda to be by my side, it was beautiful Ms ebby was living as if she was right there when everything was happening you could ask her anything and she knew the answers, I'm not sure what magic she possess but I am grateful for her help, her thoroughness and of course she did not bleed me dry. In the end we won the trial, my family was heard and my passed uncle can now lay in rest and I myself can breathe again Ms ebby no matter how long I texts, words can not express, I thank you for everything read more

My husband, family, and I were facing a huge case that could have cost us everything when my husband's uncles son challenged the will that his father left in place. (son was never around until the end and wanted everything, including family home). We searched for months for an attorney with litigation and probate experience to no avail. If you are in the business or searching, you will find that most attorneys do either of the two but rarely ever both probate and litigation. We felt hopeless until we found Amanda. Mrs. Ebey was the perfect attorney. She worked hard and efficiently until at last she helped us win our case with clear and irrefutable evidence. We are so grateful to have had her in our corner and we deeply valued having her as our attorney. She will not waste your time and she is to the point. She will hear what you have to say and apply it to your case. We all recommend her when looking for an attorney with litigation and/or probate experience! read more

I called Amanda at the suggestion of my previous lawyer, who retired. So glad I did. I loved working with Amanda. She is friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and reasonable. She got back in touch with me right away, settled my business quickly, put me in touch with several other people necessary to finish up my estate planning documents, and the cost was very reasonable. She will be my lawyer from now on! read more

An attorney you can talk to and listen to your concerns.

She's an effective communicator, she's calm under fire, her attention to detail is superb, she's efficient, tireless and easy to reach. No need to look further, she's a pro, and I can't recommend her highly enough. read more

I had Called Amanda Ebey to review my Case- while I had spoken to other Trust litigation Attorneys with higher experience, I was still curiously speak with her. She was Short tempered- were as I felt like I was bothering her. She Cut me off and was Very Rude to me and said "it's been to long" 9 months is not to Long- while I have obtained other Legal Council in which Trumps her experience and cases won- I would not bother with her review, and negative attitude- you would be better offer throwing Darts at a Dart board through the SF Bar Association. Do not waste your time with this Woman- she is Short, impatient and does not listen nor hear you. She was extremely Rude to me. I have a 140 IQ, A Masters Degree, and have interviewed more than 20 Trust Probate Litigation Attorney's at this point- I simply was interested in hearing her take. She without absolute information of my case- said "it's been too long" 9 months is not to long. You are Negative, Rude, arrogant and I wouldn't have you represent me in a minor Shoplifting Case. It is more than clear that you are Less than invested- need to retire and I would not wish my worst enemy for your representation. She has no office, and sounds like she is working from her home in her Pajamas. Seek other help- ANYONE but her- I guarantee that her rep-or with Judges and her history of wins is below Sub-par. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR RISK YOUR CASE WITH THIS WOMAN. She sounds Medicated, Rude, Short tempered, in compassionate, she needs to retire. I can refer you to Mike Gable, Rick Perry. Etc. Call everyone that you can- but this Woman has ZERO COMPASSION, is ignorant, uneducated, and you will lose your case with her. You are better off call the SF Bar Association and being referred. She was so Cold and Short tempered- she could help the Artic to Freeze. DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME to have this Woman Break your Will. Hang in there- keep the Fight/ and find someone who has a Heart- or at least has the patience to hear your story. She is a Bitter, heartless Woman and right after our conversations had an Attorney that Trumped her- re-Enforce my Case and tell me that I had legs to stand on and take my case. She is not an Attorney Looking out for your interest. She is a unprofessional, Sloppy, ignorant Attorney- with probably a high loss of cases and Zero rep-or with Judges. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER. She is deplorable, once I win my case- I will absolutely throw it in her face, and as far as I'm concerned- she should be disbarred. RUN!!!!! read more

I met with Amanda Ebey for a consultation. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and had a great personality. I would highly recommend her if you're feeling the stress of having to sue someone. Although I believe her specialty is probate and other family law issues, I really appreciate her taking the time to help with a landlord tenant issue. read more

I was involved in a tenant (myself)/landlord situation in which I was solicited with an offer to move out by the landlord which was subsequently rescinded after I had put down a deposit at a new place. Classic bait and switch. I needed to do something quick as I had already given my thirty-day notice. I interviewed six attorneys and felt most comfortable with Amanda as she was more seasoned then the other attorneys and the most experienced in the tenant/landlord area of practice. Her firmness was polished and by no means lacking, but did not have the rough edged aggressiveness attorneys often have that rub people the wrong way. Amanda wrote a single strongly worded demand letter and the case was settled immediately with no trial and I was paid the original amount I was offered. In addition, I even received a refund, as Amanda did not use all the billable hours in the retainer fee. That's a first. I have been involved in litigation before and you know attorneys like their billable hours! Amanda is calm, cool, collected, pleasant, professional and very responsive to the client's communications by phone or email. I highly recommend Amanda. read more

This is the first time we've needed an attorney; we needed to set up a family trust. Instead of asking around I went on Yelp and found Amanda. Based on the positive reviews, we used her services and were totally pleased and satisfied. All went off without a hitch. She was a delight to deal with too. read more
