Disappointing Customer Service and Consistently Long Wait Times…read more I'm not sure what is going on with this Walgreens Pharmacy, but the customer service has become absolutely unacceptable. Over the past 10 years, I've watched the quality of service at this location steadily decline, and unfortunately, it only seems to be getting worse. This pharmacy consistently appears understaffed, resulting in ridiculously long wait times. Waiting 30 minutes or more just to pick up a prescription is frustrating enough, but it's even more aggravating when you finally reach the counter only to discover that part of your prescription is ready. To make matters worse, a pharmacy technician who frequently works at the pickup window came across as rude, irritated, and unapproachable. Her demeanor gives the impression that customers are an inconvenience rather than individuals who deserve professional and courteous service. I'm not sure who manages this Walgreens Pharmacy or who is responsible for overseeing its operations, but the ongoing staffing problems, poor communication, and lack of customer service raise serious concerns about management and accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this Walgreens Pharmacy unless it is your only option. Based on my repeated experiences, you should be prepared for excessive wait times, inconsistent prescription availability, and disappointing customer service. Walgreens is a major pharmacy chain, and customers should be able to expect a reasonable level of efficiency, professionalism, and respect. People depend on their medications, and picking up a prescription should not be such an unnecessarily frustrating experience. After 10 years of declining service, it's time for Walgreens management to take responsibility and make some meaningful changes. Customers deserve better!

Yes, I do forget things and don't want to go back to HEB or Walmart. The man who owns the store is almost always there unless he is on vacation to visit releative in Asia. He remembers me whenever I come in. I hear a loud, "Hello Mama" from him. I have no children other than my four legged ones. But once ten years ago, I brought my neighbors two boys in for a snack. He still thinks they are my boys. As with all convenience store, their prices are higher than other stores. But they are there for handiness and not cost effectiveness. He proceeded to yell at me about how it is my wife's fault and he doesn't own the car wash part. The car wash has the Quicky Mart name and logo on it and it doesn't say any where on it that it is ran by anyone other then the Quicky Mart. Nor does it have a phone # I can contact to talk to anyone about the car wash problems. This is the worst place to go. DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! The owners name is Ram and he has the worst people skills ever! Mind you I never asked for money. I asked to speak to someone about the problems we had!!
