Lincare Review -- Proceed with Caution 1 Star…read more I gave Lincare two separate chances to earn my business, and both times they fell short. The first was for a BiPAP machine -- they were so slow that I ended up going with a local Sacramento supplier instead, who came through much faster and actually got me what I needed. I gave Lincare a second chance for a nebulizer and a few other items. I wasn't in a rush this time, so the slow turnaround was frustrating but tolerable. What wasn't tolerable was the delivery itself -- what arrived was completely wrong. Not even close to what I ordered. Now I'm stuck dealing with a return. I can't say for certain why this happens, but I have to wonder: are they substituting what's on the shelf -- or what carries a better profit margin -- instead of filling the actual order? I don't know their internal practices, but the pattern is hard to ignore. And let's talk about value: durable medical equipment isn't cheap, and insurance only covers so much. When you're paying out of pocket or burning through your benefits on the wrong item, that's real money lost -- not just an inconvenience. You expect what you pay for. That's the bare minimum. This isn't just a Lincare problem. Large national durable medical equipment companies have a habit of assuming patients don't know exactly what they need -- and some seem to use that to their advantage. Know what you need before you call, document everything, and confirm your order in writing before it ships. I'd recommend exploring local suppliers first. In my experience, they actually listen.

We came back to purchase four new tires that we desperately needed from their tire center. At first…read morewe made our appointment online and chose a time slot. When we arrived we were told we had two customers ahead of us. They overbooked and we were told we had about a two hour wait before they would complete the job. Unfortunately, it resulted in having to kill time and having someone come to get us. It wasn't expected since we did make an appointment and hadn't made any arrangements. The tires are nice and workmanship seems good and efficient. We shop here often and get our usual stuff but first time using one of their services.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This is why I keep my business at Costco. Have only been…read morehere twice and I'm disgusted. Awful customer service experience by the old white lady cashier with short hair and wears glasses. My wife was already complaining that we were in her line. Nothing positive to say of course during the first experience. Second experience I would have to say wasn't much better but I did gain more insight. Obviously treated horribly again haha. I'll give the full story. While checking out. So she messes up on the scanning. And rudely tells us that's not the card I need. Okay first off don't give me attitude because you didn't scan my card incorrectly. Then my girl presents her id for the alcohol purchase she looks my way and asks if I'm over 21. I answer yes. And then she asks for my id. No big deal but the way she went about it awfully rude and very racist of her. Proceeds to tell me she won't use my id. In my mind so if I'm out shopping with my teenage kid? Am I unable to purchase alcohol if my whole party isn't 21?? This isn't a bar it's a store for Christs sake. She then pushed the cart into me. Okay cool. This might've been one of the first times ever to feel like I was treated different because of my race ethnicity. Watching her proceed to treat the Mexicans and non white/black customers with extreme rudeness. Sam's Club in Yuba City will never ever get my service again. I'll stick to Costco thank you.
