When someone isn't happy with the coffee they've just sent out (which tasted great by the way) And spends time fixing it until they feel it's right. And then gives you more coffee! FREE. That's perfection and that is customer service. This is a lovely quaint station house attached to Prescot train station. We only went downstairs which was lovely and cozy and has a toilet. Just as well after two large cups of coffee. The rustic vibe is perfect and the menu looked really good. I could even select vegan options. More of that on my next visit. The staff are lovely polite and engaging. You feel more like part of the family than a customer. Tune in on my next visit. I will venture upstairs and add more photos then. And also try something from the menu. Thanks to the staff for being very professional. And thanks for the perfect coffee.

Their menu's offer delicious combinations of fillings so there is usually something that suits everyone's taste. The food is all of a healthy nature and even their burgers are great quality. I ordered a burger (freshly cooked in a couple of minutes) with raw onions and mayonnaise for just £2 which was served in a large plain white bun; that definitely filled me and I would go back again whenever I'm in need of a convenient lunch. Since they boast such a wide variety of ingredients such as various pre-cooked meats, sliced salads and other condiments, the choice is really yours. In addition, they sell jacket potatoes which sound mouth-watering and tempting (especially on a cold day)! Clarke's Richmond Deli is much better than your average sandwich bar. Plus, the lovely aromas that are emitted make you want to go even more.

It seems to denegrate them some what but this succint description of a fine sandwich emporium is meant entirely in the best possible way. There seems to be little mucking about with things like rocket - which I hate, it is horrible no matter how many chefs and foodies use it these days, it's a weed! - Clarke's serve good, some might say traditional sandwiches, in a straightforward manner like roast beef, ham - just ham nowt fancy done to it - and various chickens - coronation and tikka basically - and all at very cheap prices - usually below £3 - for a good size butty.

The atmosphere is friendly and almost seems to be community orientated which is a rare thing in this day and age but one which should occur far more often than it does. The sandwiches here are great also, they always taste freshly made and have a real fullness about their flavour and that marks this place put as a truly impressive sandwich store. This place is pleasant to be in and just to visit in general meaning that the customer is always left with a full belly and a smile on their face.

Rumbles offers a range of hot and cold sandwiches and panninis to takeaway or eat in at one of their small tables located both inside and outside the shop. The sandwich fillings are your usual ones that you'd expect from a small local sandwich shop like this but you get a fair amount for your money and they always taste fresh and full of flavour. There are also a few different pastas and salads on offer at Rumbles if you don't fancy one of their sandwiches, meaning it is a great place to go grab a quick bite to eat on your lunch break, although it's location isn't great as it's a bit removed from the busier Maghull square area.
