Just like weather forecast in Denmark that changes by the minute, so does the service here. I have been to this place several times since I'm in possession of wool coats that ashamedly cost an arm and a leg, and there's no way around it to clean it but to deliver it at a dry cleaner place.
I have experienced good service here where I was received with a smile, paid relatively lower than the next visit (for the same coat!! I need to keep my receipt to prove the injustice!) and I have bad service too when the woman behind the counter (the same woman, nonetheless!!) practically scolded me for not covering the metal buttons with alu foil paper when I delivered another coat (with lots of metal accessories on it, apparently).
Isn't it their job, by the way? She made it feel like it was my job to do it, otherwise it would not be their fault if the metal buttons were ruined / discoloured after the cleaning process. See, this is what I hate about Danish (lack of) service sometimes. Not that the customers are mostly wrong, but we get scolded as well when paying for a service that we're entitled to get.
I'm in dire need of alternatives of this place but heard that other places are mostly the same. Help! I need a new dry cleaner place, and until then, unfortunately I just have to bear this weird service from this curious place :/ read more
