They also worked with our plumbing company when a delay occurred to get a water line run. Price for work was fair and as quoted. We also used them for snow removal, which required a blower due to the limited space for snow. Work was done well and in a timely manner. I plan to use them again and am happy to recommend them. A convenient service plan was offered.

Fuller's did our yard and it was a simple job (freshly graded yard that just needed grass and some…read morevery minor landscaping), but unfortunately the results are frankly terrible. I have been left wishing I had done the work myself because not only would I have spent far less, but there's no way even a casual weekend warrior like myself would produce such shoddy results with seeding. Our yard is patchy, weedy, and in some places just plain dry dirt. I contacted the owner and he admitted they "dropped the ball" and initially said they'd come to fertilize and drop some more seed but that never happened and he hasn't made any plans of how to fix this since then- and he has had nearly a year to at least let us know his plan. I last e-mailed him almost 6 months ago with no reply. I prefer e-mail to calls because if he tells me a plan for fixing the yard I want it in writing. So as of the writing of this review I spent a LOT of money with these guys just to have a yard that looks flat out embarrassing. And this is not me being a perfectionist or something like that: random neighbors have even asked me, "what is wrong with your yard?" Or have told me, "this looked nicer before you had work done." At this point I am considering fixing it myself, but then I'm out the time and money that I was trying to save myself by paying Fuller's in the first place. Unless they make this right all I can say is this: go somewhere else or do the work yourself. Very disappointed. EDIT #1: I have talked with the owner on the phone and he is putting together a plan to make this right that will involve additional seeding among other things to try and get things going. I also wanted to add that some of the other landscaping work they did in addition to the grass/lawn was actually quite good. They did some edging and rock work around the house that we were happy with. However, until the yard is less patchy, weedy, and barren I stand by my initial one-star review. I think the picture shows why I feel that way. With some consideration I have decided to bump it up to a two-star review though since the owner has said he'll work with me on this. I want to make sure to reflect my happiness with their other work and my hope for resolving this issue in the near future. I will edit the review further once I know what his plan actually is and see the work done to fix this. EDIT #2: The owner and a crew came to our house shortly after this review was posted and did some work on our yard to get things growing in better. I am happy that they were able to do this ASAP, so I'm raising the review another star. I will come back in a month or so to edit the review again once I see how my yard ends up looking. If everything is good I plan on removing the picture, replacing it with a new one, and doing a new review that reflects the whole situation better now that it's being addressed.
