    Top notch cleaning and very quick. However the cost went up three times in one year, they also demanded I lock up my dogs.

    By far do not recommend using Mother Earth for Cleaning Services. We received an itemized quote for…read morea move out cleaning and carpet cleaning for one of our properties. The owner, Jasmine, stated she would give us a good deal because we have multiple other properties and were potentially looking to use this company for those investments as well. The day of, we called three hours in advance due to us living out of state and needing to allow for travel time to confirm the appointment, nobody in the office could confirm whether or not everything was good to go. One of the staff members stated "the owner is conducting an interview, she'll have to call you back", I finally let her know we had zero time to continue waiting due to needing to drive out there and the services should had already been confirmed, and if we didn't get a response in 10 minutes we were going to cancel services. 5 minutes later we received a call confirming. Cool, we ended up driving out there. Two girls show up and my wife and I look at each other because there of course, we're only two. We asked where the third cleaner was, Monica, stated "I've already said it and we don't get it but it is only us two, but we will take care of you". Fast forward to showing them the house, two hours or so goes by, Jasmine is calling Monica complaining about them still being there. They get off the phone and my wife asks if there is a problem, Monica then states that Jasmine (the owner, remember), "is complaining how long we are taking, but we only have two people". My wife then says if there is an issue, Jasmine can call to speak with her. Jasmine then calls again and states they need to hurry up. Well, after they get off the phone, Monica comes down and says she needs to leave because "she has a long trip, but I can give you my number to come back to clean another day." We agree because since services weren't rendered, of course we would pay Monica in cash upon completion. Well, she states numerous times to please not tell her boss because she will get in trouble. Well, after doing our walk-through for what they did touch, our appliances were not cleaned inside and out. The basement level was NOT EVEN touched. The blinds weren't cleaned, nor walls (we have a design wall), nor baseboards in upper level. Also, when we scheduled the carpet cleaning it was asked if they use an industrial type of steam vac or one you can buy at a store. Jasmine stated they have a professional industrial steam vac. Well, this was a lie. The two ladies showed up with a store bought steam vac. Since the services were not completely rendered, we informed Jasmine we will not pay the remaining balance. Jasmine didn't even try to solve the issue whatsoever for us, especially considering us having multiple properties- says enough about the customer service, or lack thereof. A few weeks go by and she ends up charging the remaining balance WITHOUT our consent!!! Seriously, do NOT bother with this company and definitely do NOT give them your card info! Absolutely ridiculous.
