After about 25 minutes he finally comes out to the table. We had him remove the steak dinners since we couldn't eat them. For some reason he showed us that he put them into the system medium rare. Thinking that would change things. Our waiter thought he should get a $50 tip on a $50 order. He did not check to see if we needed anything. He did not refill drinks.
