I ordered this over a week ago and it has taken until now for anyone to contact me. Online it…read moresimply said processing and I had no idea why. Also dont know what is up with PayPal, I have plenty of money in my account, it must be a communication error between them and you. I called the store Sunday or Monday with no answer. No one picked up the phone at all. AT ALL. I went to the store and was told that my PayPal was declined, I asked to just pay for it there with my card and they told me no. I asked for a manager, THERE WAS NO MANAGER THERE! Is this how your company does business. I was going to just leave this alone but you starting calling me and emailing me, now I am truly mad and going to do what I need to in order to make my voice heard. This is not the first time I have had trouble with your print show at this store and last time I had to find a regional manager to make it right. I sent my business to staples who I had not dealt with before. They were fast, called me when my order was ready, and the store didn't look like a flea market. Plus, there were actual employees there that greeted me. There was a manager God forbid. A few times at your Euless, TX location I have gone to the register and no one was there, for 10 minutes or more. I could have just walked out with my things, I instead just walked out. I will never do business with your company ever again, I am telling all my friends that are teachers and do a lot of business with your company to never use you again. Your stores look like crap and you have no service what so ever. I was a retail manager for CompUSA before I became a teacher. I eventually was the DFW regional service center manager. If I ever walked in a store that was staffed like yours or looked like yours, heads would roll. I more than likely would meet with my superiors and recommend the store be shut down, as it would tarnish the reputation of any good stores as well as the fact that I couldn't imagine you are making money at that store with the customer service and the way this store looks. Horrible. I hope someone else reaches out to me but I have made up my mind that I am forever done with your store. I do not want gift cards, I will not use them, all I want is an explanation and apology, and depending on how that goes, I will decide if I am done lambasting your store.

I walked straight to the service desk and stood there for about 15 minutes. The associate working the desk -- name started with C -- never greeted me, never looked up, nothing. He then started calling names and helped two people who walked in after me. When I calmly asked why those customers were helped first, he asked if I signed in. I had no idea a sign-in was required -- no one mentioned it on my previous two visits. A simple greeting would have been the perfect opportunity to let me know. I addressed his rudeness directly and walked out. Management needs to invest in basic customer service training. Every person who walks through that door deserves to be acknowledged -- and for the record, coupons and discounts don't change bad behavior. Period.

Amazon Prime return -…read more They added Staples to their return locations; being that it is very close, I elected to return my items at Staples. It was a very easy return, and the gentleman at the counter was polite; he made the return a pleasant one. I feel like the store was a bit disorganized; I felt like things were all over the place, and some things didn't make sense. It appeared as if they had too many items and they didn't have anywhere to put them, which cluttered the front of their store. Hopefully, they were working on setting up the store, and I came during that time.

In Hindsight, I should have read the other Yelp reviews about Staples printing services first…read more I needed two posters printed same day for pick up and sent them via the online upload to the Euless store. I was charged $36 plus tax on my card I received a phone call from the Euless Staples that "they did not have ink to print my posters" and were sending them to the Southlake Staples store. Later in the day, when I called Southlake to see if they were received they told me they were ready to pick up, so instead of driving the short drive to Euless. I drove to the Southlake Store. The posters were ready but they told me that I would have to pay for them, as the Euless store online order was cancelled. No one from Euless tild me that. They then proceeded to charge me $50 for the two posters as there was an "express service charge" plus tax added to my bill of $36 plus tax. I did not request this express service as it was advertised as same day pick up service. Who authorized the charge? Dear Staples Management: First off, What kind of operation offers printing services yet doesn't have ink at the stores for products to be printed? Then proceeds to inconvenience the customer to have to drive an extra 10 miles round trip to pick up the work that he needed done. Then charges an extra service charge/fee that he did not ask for and should not be a part of same day pickup? As an added bonus I was treated gruffly. I will think long and hard befroe using your services again. If Ever.
