After researching online, I reached out to GavTax for CPA advise on how to maximize tax benefits. Sonia at GavTax immediately followed up with me. We had a free initial call to see if their services could help. After that, we scheduled a 1 hour consultation. Sonia was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I sent her a list of questions the day before our consultation which Sonia then used to create a powerpoint presentation which answered in detail everyone one of my questions and she addressed things I didn't even think about. Additionally, Sonia provided recommendations and connected me with firms that specialize in creating an LLC and completing a Cost Segregation Study plus bonus depreciation for additional tax benefits. Throughout the process Sonia communicated clear expectations and cost estimates for their services. I plan to also use GavTax to file my 2026 tax return. I highly recommend Sonia and GaxTax for tax help!.

If you have a small business, real estate investor, high income situation, or just need someone you can trust to maximize your deductions and options she is the best . I have been a client of Molen and Associates since tax year 2011. Back then, as a single person…read morewith not a lot of "surprises" in life, I only used their services once a year. But as life rapidly progressed in the last 6 years, I have added a spouse, 2 kids, an income rental property, an "oopsie, I forgot to report" turned IRS Audit, all which were handled by Yvonne (who I was informed today has reduced to being seasonal staff member). She handled everything with ease and professionalism. Guided us through the Audit battle with the IRS and steered the ship back on course. Today I want to rave about Joe Webb, Senior Tax Professional. I had an investment opportunity arise in which I wanted to know the tax implications it would have next year. Joe was not only very thorough in his answers, but was able to clearly and knowledgeably "dumb down" the complicated situation for me to feel confident in moving forward with a decision. Not only did he just give general advice, but he took the time to open up my client folder and tell me specifically what to look out for and some potential strategies. It is so rare to find a company these days where client relations and service is top priority. By the way, I live in Austin, TX, and for the last 6 years have made all my appointments via phone/email. I have never been into the offices, but still get treated like a VIP!

Not only did Pastor Eve offer the lowest price for her services, she offered to provide a witness (and was willing to try and search for another if time permitted), and drove out to meet me outside of normal business hours for a mere $15 charge. She truly was so flexible to try and come up with an optimal solution for me and in a very short time. And upon arrival, she was masked and distanced as per our current pandemic conditions. She was also incredibly courteous and pleasant; albeit brief, our interaction was delightful. As I told her, on what had been a very frustrating day, she was the only person who had actually made an effort to help me. And for that, I'm grateful and I will not hesitate to use or recommend her services in the future.
