We…read moreneeded an updated, comprehensive employee handbook that was specific to our unique organization and needs. Since we've expanded quickly since the pandemic, we also wanted to evaluate our existing HR processes so we could fill in the necessary gaps and scale as we grow. Lisa is the real deal. From the moment I spoke with her I knew I'd made the right choice. She understood from the beginning that striking that delicate balance between best serving our employees while also protecting the business is a difficult but not impossible goal. Lisa also understood my philosophy that this is an investment in our business, not an expense. Despite my skeptical view of Human Resource professionals after 25 years of experience working with internal HR professionals who clearly didn't have their employees best interest in mind, she put me at ease immediately with her down-to-earth and non-judgmental approach. Once our contract was signed, Lisa immediately managed my expectations upfront with inputs and deliverables and timeframes so that we could be as efficient and effective as possible (there's never enough time in a day for business owners as it is!) and so that there were no surprises. It was an absolute pleasure working with Lisa, Brittany, and Marie. Their collective years of hands-on experience working in Human Resources gave me necessary insight into situations that I simply hadn't experienced yet (and hopefully never will) from the employer's point of view but were critical to consider. It is so relieving to know that as we grow we have access to a caring team of experts at Platinum HR who we can rely on to provide the most accurate information on the quickly changing, confusing climate of HR requirements in our state. Without having to incur the high cost of hiring an HR person on staff. Platinum HR is much more than a Human Resources provider. They are a Human Resources business partner and for us that makes all the difference.
