The owner was explaining the unusual ingredients of some of the flavors. He was showcasing Bolt of Gold Caramel licorice. Amazing. This flavor includes basil, oregano, and turmeric along with standard candy flavorings. We had to buy some. The number of flavors is surprising for such a small temporary shop. They even have sugar-free varieties. Should you see their stall make sure to stop by and taste a sample. You'll be hooked.

All the flavours are great. Some are very bizarre at first but taste amazing. Even my friend who does not like licorice at all ended up liking it so much she bought 2 bags! Both owners were so nice and really made the licorice tasting more than just candy but a culinary experience! This was the best food discovery while we were visiting Australia.
