While i wasn't able to purchase tanks directly from poly mart I was directed to the distributors of their tanks. I was also pleased with the vast amount of knowledge i was given about the types of tanks and what would be best for my needs. Overall all very informative and professional. I've since purchased 3 tanks of theirs and enjoyed everything about them. By far a higher quality than your box store options. Highly recommend read more

Called hoping to get advice and information regarding rain barrels for residential storage and got talked down to instead. Total lack of customer service. read more

I bought two rainwater harvesting tanks from Poly-Mart via an online distributor (Poly-Mart does not sell directly to retail customers) and arranged to pick them up directly from the factory. The distributor failed to tell me I'd need to bring any tiedowns or really provide any useful info at all (I had to ask repeatedly for a pickup date), so I got to the loading dock with just a pickup truck, which was not a great plan. The Poly-Mart rep who brought my tanks out went and found a strap and some cardboard to help secure the tanks for the trip to my house and was generally quite helpful. He mentioned they were in the process of getting a new distributor for the Austin area so hopefully others will have an easier time in the future. The tanks themselves are top quality and a next-level leap from the type of the rain barrels you can get at Home Depot, which are prettier but don't seem as sturdy. read more

History

Established in 2011.

The Bushman Product Line in Texas was formed by the aquisition of Poly-Mart, a family owned and operated polyethylene tank manufacturer located that was located in Austin, Texas. Poly-Mart was acquired in June of 2019 by Tank Holding Company and rebranded to Bushman USA which was acquired by Tank Holding about 6 months before Poly-Mart. The Poly-Mart brand was established in May of 2011 when our parent company W.R.P.C. (Waste & Recycling Plastic Containers) saw a need for a polyethylene tank manufacture in the Central Texas area to meet a growing demand for Rainwater Harvesting & Water Storage Tanks. After doing many hours of research, it's clear that if you are in the market for a Plastic Tank for Above Ground Well Water Storage, Rainwater Harvesting or Irrigation, these tanks are the way to go. Between the great BPA-Free, FDA-Approved, NSF-Approved, High Density Polyethylene material that is used, their 5 year warranty, Color options and their different assembly options, Poly-Mart Tanks are your clear choice. What puts icing on the cake is that they are locally manufactured in Austin, TX! I tried to buy directly from them but you have to purchase through one of their dealers. However, they do allow you to pick up your tank at the factory in order to prevent incurring any shipping charges. I ordered my rainwater tanks in the Light Grey color to best match the Grey brick on my house. We are really pleased with the quality. There are some cheaper tanks out on the market, but the savings of going that route is just not worth it, ask my neighbor. The rainwater version is set up to immediately & properly collect rainwater. The inferior and cheaper tanks at Tractor Supply are not and if you want to properly collect rainwater, you have to drill holes into the tank to install a large overflow & buy a inlet screen & overflow screen. Save time, hassle and money and get a Poly-Mart Tank! read more
