I think most of the time with doctors I am fairly easy to please, but I am very disappointed with…read morethis place. The receptionist has excellent people skills. She was super friendly and helpful. But when I got into the doctor it was a different story. I had several foot problems I needed to address and she said she only wanted to know my worst one. I was a new patient so I figured I would have a little extra time carved out to go over things that were wrong. Not only was I in and out in 15 minutes (including pre-doctor), but the doctor was super-rushed (I was the first patient and I came in early), never looked me in the eyes, and kept interrupting me (like, a LOT). I never felt taken care of and I definitely won't be back.

Dr. Schuler has been a life saver for us. Last week I had an extreme flare of plantar fasciitis and…read morethe office worked me in the same day I called. We had a trip to Disney planned in less than 2 weeks so needed a fast pain relief option. I was seen immediately and Dr Schuler gave me a cortisone injection that same day. Unfortunately after the appointment I further injured my foot and had to call Dr Schuler after hours on Friday. She offered to meet me on Saturday outside of office hours. On Saturday she ran new x-rays and discovered a small stress fracture. She immediately fitted me for a walking boot and gave plenty of instructions for how I can heal as much as possible and how we can still take our trip in a few days. Her confidence and expertise helped calm my anxiety and less than 24 hours later the pain is already starting to subside. There aren't many doctors who will give you their cell number to call after hours, and there are even fewer who are willing to take time out of their weekend to meet you and handle your injury quickly and efficiently. This office isn't a brand new huge high tech busy office with 6+ doctors. But there are two people (Dr Schuler and her assistant Rose) who truly care about their patients and are willing to do what it takes to literally get them back on their feet.

Cool Springs Foot Care is located on the 2nd Floor of the Aspen Grove Medical Plaza that sits at…read morethe corner of Cool Springs Boulevard and Mack Hatcher. The office is bright, cozy, clean and beautifully decorated and outfitted with plush seating and soft lights. Dr. Reeves, and his staff, are phenomenal! I have been under Dr. Reeves care for a few weeks due to ongoing plantar fasciitis issues and during my first visit he identified the cause, mapped out a plan, taught me a bit of self care and made things happen. In just a few short weeks I have seen notable improvement, which has been such a welcome experience! The treatment plan he mapped out is a multi-week plan and his staff was able to go ahead and get me on the books several weeks out so it was much easier to plan my schedule. Everything about my visits here seem easy and stress free. Overall, I have seen a few podiatrists over the past few years, but definitely found my go-to with Dr. Reeves. Wildly thankful for his expertise and skillset!

Honestly, stumbled (no pun intended) upon becoming a patient at Ankle & Foot Centers due to a…read morerecent issue that left me unable to fully walk on my right foot. I called around to multiple practices who all had waits of weeks and by stroke of luck, when I rang this office they were able to see me next day. My appointment was with Dr. King, who was a straightforward and knowledgeable. The nursing staff took great care of me during intake, x-rays and checkout. They made it all easy and were friendly from start to finish. My issue turned out to be a new diagnosis that Dr. King walked me fully through regarding a change of lifestyle and a few key exercises that I could do to help limit future flare ups. On this visit they completed x-rays, ran bloodwork and set me up with a great boot, which was a lifesaver leaving the office, especially with the long walk back to my vehicle. Overall, really impressed with Ankle & Foot Centers and Dr. King. Happy to officially be a patient!
