We had a trip to Disney planned in less than 2 weeks so needed a fast pain relief option. I was seen immediately and Dr Schuler gave me a cortisone injection that same day. Unfortunately after the appointment I further injured my foot and had to call Dr Schuler after hours on Friday. She offered to meet me on Saturday outside of office hours. On Saturday she ran new x-rays and discovered a small stress fracture. She immediately fitted me for a walking boot and gave plenty of instructions for how I can heal as much as possible and how we can still take our trip in a few days. Her confidence and expertise helped calm my anxiety and less than 24 hours later the pain is already starting to subside. There aren't many doctors who will give you their cell number to call after hours, and there are even fewer who are willing to take time out of their weekend to meet you and handle your injury quickly and efficiently. This office isn't a brand new huge high tech busy office with 6+ doctors. But there are two people (Dr Schuler and her assistant Rose) who truly care about their patients and are willing to do what it takes to literally get them back on their feet.

About a month ago, I saw Dr. Rateif for pain in my right heel. He also gave me a shot, a brace, and told me to come back for a follow up in one month. When I went to check out, the lady behind the desk looked confused, told me one total, went to speak to another person, and then came back and told me a different amount owed. Fast forward three weeks later, I was still having a lot of pain in my right foot plus new onset swelling and pain in my left foot so I called to see if Dr. Rateif could see work me in earlier. I was thrilled when they worked me in first thing in the morning, the very next business day! When I hobbled in barely able to walk, a lady called me back and told me that there had been some kind of mix up and that Dr. Rateif was actually out of network on my insurance. I told her that I had checked with my insurance and was lead to believe that AFAA accepted my insurance and offered max savings to boot. I was informed that only ONE doctor in the practice accepted my insurance and he was not in the office. I could see Dr. Rateif that morning but would have to pay $200-$300 (and oh yeah "you have to pay out of network price for your last visit"). I hobbled right back out, cried in my car while wondering how I was going to make it through my 12 hour shifts that week (Answer: IM Toradol) and then drove home. TLDR: Dr Rateif was great but apparently not all of the doctors in the practice accept the same insurance. Do NOT take their word for it. If you do go see them, call your insurance and verify that the SPECIFIC doctor that you are going to see accepts it.

The office is bright, cozy, clean and beautifully decorated and outfitted with plush seating and soft lights. Dr. Reeves, and his staff, are phenomenal! I have been under Dr. Reeves care for a few weeks due to ongoing plantar fasciitis issues and during my first visit he identified the cause, mapped out a plan, taught me a bit of self care and made things happen. In just a few short weeks I have seen notable improvement, which has been such a welcome experience! The treatment plan he mapped out is a multi-week plan and his staff was able to go ahead and get me on the books several weeks out so it was much easier to plan my schedule. Everything about my visits here seem easy and stress free. Overall, I have seen a few podiatrists over the past few years, but definitely found my go-to with Dr. Reeves. Wildly thankful for his expertise and skillset!

Laser treatment does not help with neuropathy. My nails were treated for fungus and I do not have a fungus on my nails .(miss diagnosed). Staff was very nice. Neuropathy is so bad now I cannot feel my feet and had to get hand controls for our cars.
