Also, I have tried to call multiple times and the people working there just hang up on you or do not answer at all. Horrible customer service after paying for your subscription for a year. Consultations also take months in advance to plan, so it is incredibly inconvenient. And God forbid you don't answer the phone, then it will be your fault for not making the meeting.
