I've tried typical box gyms that were cheaper and couldn't motivate myself to go more than twice a month, so even though OTF is more expensive than some places, it's worth it since it's the first workout I've actually been consistent with. There are all different fitness levels and no one is judgmental about your speed on the treadmill/elliptical/bike, or what weights you're using on the floor (if any). There has been a high turnover of coaches at this studio, but it seemed to be growing pains of a new studio and has been stabilizing the past few months. Coach Boo is my favorite and will motivate me even when I'm tired with how much energy he has!

When Orange Theory Montgomery opened, it was a sign to go for it. And I'm so glad I did! The classes are fun, challenging, and motivating! And everyone , all ages, all body types, can participate and succeed. The coaches cheer you on, the music is awesome, and the orange lighting is really cool.. actually helps with working out . No sterile white bright lighting here! I really enjoy how you compete against yourself, and everyone can work at their own pace. There are many different classes offered, and the coaches teach you how to modify exercises if you have a condition, injury, etc. I did not know what to expect, but I really am so happy that I joined! Needless to say I canceled my regular gym membership. :)
