We thought maybe since we like Gulfport so well, we should try to buy a house and have a permanent vacation home! Ok, so now it begins. We browsed areas and looked on the internet. We reached out to a few realtors and immediately get a reply from Carl Watson with Century 21 Busch Realty Group (a few other realtors did respond in the next few days, too little too late). Carl took our info and our general interest and very quickly had a few houses we could go see. Takes a little coordination to drive down and spend a few days looking but Carl worked with our schedule and budget without any hesitation. We met with Carl and found him to be the nicest person to work with. He showed us several houses with no pressure at any time. After a couple of days and a few house later, we decided an adjustment to the budget would be required to have what we wanted. Carl adjusted his game plan to match our new criteria and found us a new list of houses to look at. We had to go back to Kentucky and it was a few days before we could return. No worries, Carl was ready for us and seemed to drop everything to accommodate our schedule. He seemed to really understand how difficult it is trying to find house while living in a different state! After a lot of leg work, we found something we would like to have. Now Carl really got to work. While we were still at home, Carl processed all the paperwork for our offer and, step by step, carried us thru the entire purchase process. I can't begin to express how much we appreciated Carl. His personality is amazing! He remained so calm and provided answers to all questions in a very timely manner. We never had to wait to know what was going on as he kept us informed as the process trickled along. Up to and thru the closing date, Carl provided valuable information on everything related to our purchase. We asked about trash pickup, yardwork, contractors for various different needs and he had all the answers we wanted and, more importantly, the ones we needed! Carl made this work for us, no other way to put it. Carl's assistance and guidance made this possible nightmare into a wonderful dream come true! We are looking forward to spending more time than ever before in Gulfport Mississippi. I can only hope anyone looking for a home would be so lucky to find someone as wonderful as Carl has been for us to guide them thru searching for a home.

Old man Mozingo is a RACIST!!…read more I signed a contract to move into his building, and that very same night I moved in to set up my office and old man Mozingo walked in and ask me who was I, and what was I doing in his building? I told him, and he became irate!! I could see the little gears in his head trying to think up something, so he told me he had already rented the office space out. I may have been young, but I wasn't dumb. I knew what he was doing. At that time I worked at WLOX & The Sun Herald and was an on-air DJ for what is now known 107.1 The Monkey, but was KISS back then. I had just come from dinner with Gurvir Dhindsa, Jeff Lawson, Dave Elliot & Karen Abernathy. Everybody asks how my office setup go. I couldn't tell them that I had just been discriminated against. They wanted to go see the office. I was to embarrassed to tell them racist old man Mozingo kicked me out his building after lying about rented the office I had first. Everyone at the time told me I should've made a big stink about it. He wanted me out so badly, he even paid me to leave. He has no moral compass. This racist does not allow minorities into his buildings, but his son is hella cool.

The realtor at Bay South basically tried to make me believe that paying $50k more would be worth it. They do not do their homework and can hardly ever answer your questions without "having to get back to you." Needless to say I got a bigger place for less money in a better area and I got top dollar for my old place. Do yourself a favor and pass by this place because they are not about business.

Where do I even start if I could give these people negative stars I would this is the most horrible…read morerental company that I've ever come in contact with in my life we are a military family we were living in California at the time this was last year October when I came across the house online we paid a security deposit and two months rent because we weren't gonna be able to actually move into the house until February so in December of last year we drove all the way from California to do a walk-through when the chick from the office came there and we went over everything that was wrong with the house I'm talking about mold to no windows opening to a door that was literally about to fall apart like it was sawed in half a refrigerator that had mold in it a bathroom floor that was about to cave-in The list goes on and on she tells us that she's going to hire a contractor to do everything that was on this list now this was stuff that needed to be done not just frivolous cosmetic stuff this was major stuff but it was a cute house so I gave her the benefit of the doubt we drove for two days all the way from California to get to the house it was super cold here we get to the house we have no electricity we have nothing this was Valentine's Day Feb 21 So we stayed in a hotel room that was super overpriced the next day we were able to go to the house get the electricity turned on that was supposed to already be turned on because they said it was going to be on to find out that the heat doesn't even work for the house we went a whole week without heat nothing was done that the woman in the office was supposed to get done she lied to us about everything like everything nothing was done how do you just lie to someone that you know is making like a 3000 mile journey ... But it gets better than that the door took about four months to kind of get fixed it's still not done they blamed it on their contractor not responding to them however he lives right down the street and I saw him outside all the time the mold problem never got done they never opened up our windows we literally had to get a new refrigerator and put there's a storage because it was moldy there was one thing after the other these people treated us like hell then summer comes the air conditioner doesn't work properly at all we asked them to come fix it all they wanted to do was put window units in just to skyrocket our already high electricity bill after the hurricane the air went out I called them it was about 10 minutes after they closed they told me there was nothing that they could do and I would have to wait until the next day to get anything done mind you we had heat in taxes and he didn't visor is it was super hot I know you all remember how hot it was after the hurricane not to mention the big sinkhole we had in the front yard since March of moving in that never got addressed the corroded pipes from the house being from 1935 them not caring about telling me if it's not broke then they're not gonna fix it one thing after the other so after all of that our lease technically was not up until December but we have moved out already I don't care I told them they could sue me I would be happy to go to court and tell the judge everything about these people these people do not need to rent out houses if anything they need to be shut down this is a mockery it's pathetic they treat people like hell .... This is just a portion of literally what we went through living there do not rent from these people they do not care they will put you in a trash house and go through every avenue not to fix anything and then when you do get angry they want to get mad and angry back at you please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and find a rental property !
