They took 2 applications fee from us & never offered a rental location. our credit was great & all paperwork was turned in upon request, we went to another location to see if our status check out & got approved instantly! Homeowners Beware!!!!These guys managed a property for a year. I received my property back in very bad condition/horrid condition. One realtor stated it is bad and refused to list it. The second realtor stated that it looked like a foreclosure! The carpet was completely black and the walls were a mess. Mind you I had spent 3k getting this house ready for them to rent. As a result of damages sustained i had to spend close to 5,000 dollars to paint, clean and.place new carpet. They were unapologetic and stated, we cannot stop people from tearing up your house. Louis said, you must be confused about what a property manager does. I am just warning you that if you are a homeowner please think twice before listing your place with this company. I have had PRM as my property management for the past 15+ years. They have been nothing less than outstanding. I have never been overcharged for work and my property has always been properly maintained. I never have an issue reaching someone and I always feel they work hard to make me satisfied. I have had other management companies who I felt were taking advantage of the circumstances and overcharging for work. I have always felt PRM takes care of the property as if it were their own. If you are an owner looking for property management, please read. Not sure if the other reviewer (Karen C.) is talking about the same PRM, but I have had the complete opposite experience with this management company as an owner. The staff appears to be courteous, but that is the only positive. The quality of their financial record keeping to track expenses has added grey hair to my beard. The rent distribution to the owner is given on the 15th of the month, along with the statement of activity..... from the prior month. This means that the statement you are given is for the money you received last month. If you have questions about the current distribution, you will have to wait until the following month to see the statement, but you will be confused by the following month's shortfall of funds received. There is a sense of low integrity with the operation they are running, and I am suspecting a scam. I would not be surprised if this company is audited in the future for the way they are handling business. There has not been a single month where the rent collected justifies the distribution to me as the owner. Please find another management company to handle your property. By far, this is the worst experience I have had dealing with any property management company. read more

I lived in one of their properties for 2 years. when I first moved into the home I mentioned to Charles that the house needed to be pressure washed, the garage key didn't work, and the mirror in the 1/2 bathroom was broken. They never did fix it. The second year around 6 months I was told that i wasn't going to be ablr to renew my lease bc the owner was going to sell the home. I asked Charles by phone and email to ask the owner for the price that they were going to sell the home for well it took about 5 weeks for him to answer my question. He told me the owner said that they wasn't going to sell it. Now with it being 1 month 1/2 to resign my lease I get told that I have until the end of my lease to vacate the property and that the owner is going to sell it. That was a slap in the face because I could've been looking for something else instead of waiting around bc I have a family. Well at the end of the move out, I had a cleaning company clean the house and I had someone to clean the carpet, well Charles told me that I wasn't able to get my refund back bc there was no towel hanger on the wall, the carpet wasn't professionally cleaned, a hole in the wall, a cracked mirror, and the walls were damaged badly. I told him it was a hole in the wall but it wasn't big but I do understand that, and I told him that there wasn't any towel hangers in the home, I didn't report that in the beginning bc I didn't care about not having them. But the house was professionally cleaned and i told him that the mirror was broken and y'all never fixed it. He told me that it wasn't written on paper so it's not their fault. I then told him that I was getting an attorney bc they charged extra money on top of my deposit And he told me that its no use bc it doesn't go no further than them and i can just pay them.
