But when the unthinkable happened my husband quickly reached out to Lou. He told me not to look anywhere else he is someone you can trust. When the moment came all of the details were taken care of and highly organized. Then came the moment where we had to sit with him and discuss next steps. I had no clue but he patiently guided us and made sure every thing was carefully thought of with no rush. His employees were EXCELLENT! From choosing the casket, getting the right image and verbiage for the obituary. Making sure that they had a few pictures of her so that they could apply right makeup and hair style, it was amazing. I'm glad that they had our back. The day of the viewing, the father who led prayers and last rights all amazing. The procession to the cemetery all so beautiful. Lou our family is forever grateful. I felt that the living as well as the deceased was treated with so much respect. The service was beautiful and the room was comfortable. The flowers around the coffin was arranged so beautiful. When it was time to leave to the cemetery, everything was done in an organized fashion. I'm so happy that one of the employees from the funeral home politely came to my car door to make sure I had my lights and flashers on. They made sure that we got through the traffic lights safely and to the cemetery. It wasn't close by but it was just enough time to prepare for the last good bye to my friend.

The quality of the viewing was outstanding. They went over and above in so many ways, such as Jonathan emailing me my moms fingerprints when I told him simply in a 30 second passing that I would probably be calling to request them. He also made the most beautiful slide show we not expect. They dotted every "I" and crossed every "T". Aaron reminded me of a comforting priest, so I was not surprised that he originally started out in seminary school. Such a kind and thoughtful man that I felt generally cared about. Jason really helped us make numerous decisions less overwhelming and lightened up the mood a bit, which he could tell was what we needed at that time. They were always available to answer many questions from 3 different family members, often the same repeat questions and were still extremely kind and patient with us. They spent a lot of time on us. She met us at our convenience. Lindsay was patient and helpful with our selections of prayer cards, casket, urns, flowers, newspaper obit, online obit and viewing time. She handled clothing, hair, makeup, jewelry. Confirmed details with our priest and requirements at Calvary cemetery. She arranged photos from our flash drive for the TV; set up easels for our posters & frames; played our requested songs at the service. Lindsay made great recommendations for food at the Gathering Center. She ordered our menu, arranged delivery/serving and clean up. We've had several complements on a beautiful funeral, and we are very thankful.
