never written a review in my life but this firm is a joke. used for 5 years but never again, 10…read moremins they said and that turned into in fact 40 mins for a start (called twice and second Time said it would be 5 mins and it was 15) driver rung phone as always for 5 specs when he finally arrived I atcthis point was 10 specs behind him as I'd nipped to local cash machine to get some money and save time, guy literally waits ten seconds then started to leave. called driver back who I told I'd been waiting 35-50 mins for taxi, he said he didn't know the said goodbye.. no intention of picking me up). rung the office who up.. guy answered who said he'd knocked to which I replied and told him he hadn't as I'd seen him drive off and guy argued with me and then didn't offer a cab in end.. totally disgusting and if I'd have been in am emergency then these guys would have had a serious case on their hands. what's happened to them? anyway all my family will never use them again that's for sure.

Arrived 5 mins before to pick us up and the taxi was impressively clean. We enjoyed his smooth driving with water and WiFi offered onboard. Stopped at a Service station on motorway for toilet break. Very courteous driver. Excellent customer service. Will be using again. Honestly recommended to everyone.

Sometimes they play around with the routings, but all trams always go to Manchester city centre before heading off anywhere else. The tram station is accessed via stairs, escalator or elevator. Remember to check both platforms, as this is the end of the line, trams depart from either side. There are digital information displays to keep you up to date with the wait time to the next departure and whether it is a double tram or not. Bury Interchange also houses a large bus station, and seems well connected to the local area as well as some longer services to Manchester, Bolton and Rochdale. Its slightly cold and uninviting, but at the same time it keeps you out of the elements when its raining.
