Give them a shot next time your AC or heater stops working. My 20 year old furnace got wet from a plumbing leak in the utility room. The furnace stopped working. I called a few local contractors to get estimates. I just wanted it fixed as cheaply as I could, because let's be honest -- money is tight these days. 3 of the 5 companies I called told me I needed to buy a new furnace for thousands of dollars. I felt like those other companies didn't even want to take the time and try to repair it and only cared about upselling me on a new one. Then I got ahold of Airnovations and the tech diagnosed the problem, told me it could be fixed for 15% of the cost of a new unit. I gave them the go-ahead, they ordered the replacement board and had it installed and fixed the next day.

I was never told by letter or email, and that was never ever shared with me. In case you didn't know what a lien was: "A legal right to possess another's property until a debt is repaid or an obligation is met." So in other words, the bank thought that someone co-owned my property. Now why would this be required for such a small loan that is in good standing (paying on-time monthly)? I had a larger loan with another company for my windows/doors yet they DID NOT feel the need to place a lien on my property. This place is untrustworthy, and sneaky, and I WILL NOT be doing business with them again. I do not recommend them as a company. I suggest you seek other options or at the very minimum demand another Financing Company.

Communication was slow, updates were difficult to obtain, and I frequently had to initiate contact to receive information regarding permits, scheduling, invoicing, and installation status. After consulting with other HVAC professionals and comparing pricing with other contractors, I believe many of the charges were excessive and significantly above comparable market rates. Despite repeated requests, I was not provided with sufficient invoice detail to fully understand or evaluate all of the charges assessed. The lack of transparency regarding pricing, combined with delays in communication and scheduling, resulted in unnecessary stress and prolonged the completion of the project.
